- Episode 1 is this for Tom-lovers, when Tom actually comes out the winner. Not only did he get Spike sent to Obedience School, he actually managed to get payback on Jerry and get both Spike and Jerry in trouble with their owners. Needless to say, it was extremely satisfying (unless you felt bad for Spike).
- After getting beat up by Spike once again, a defeated Tom listens in on Spike mocking that cats don't have the spine to stand up for themselves. This proves to be the final straw for Tom. He's gotten red hot mad till he kicks the dog sky high. This is a satisfying moment because Tom shows that despite he can be scared of Spike, there are limits to this and he will actively oppose him to prove the point.
- And in the same ep we have Muscles Mouse. He tries and fails to get Spike and Tom to get along. At the end of the short, Muscles has enough and beats the crap out of the dog and cat.
- The time Tom destroyed a meteor.
- In "Hunger Strikes", Spike warns Tom, Jerry, and Tuffy to be quiet to avoid waking up Tyke. Jerry and Tuffy set up a bunch of mousetraps around Tom and set them off, causing him to scream in pain. Spike decides to beat Tom up while leaving Jerry and Tuffy unpunished, but before he can, Tom kicks him, sticks his tongue in a mousetrap, and leaves.
- Say what you want about Jerry, however, you can't get mad at him for tricking Rick (who spends much of the series being a Jerkass) into being Hoist by His Own Petard.
- After being even more rude and horrid to Tom and Jerry than normal especially when the duo bring back the witches' mother and then finding out she's evil and the witches scold the duo yet they had no way of knowing this info, the witch sisters are forced to serve their mother. They then willingly Tom and Jerry after being saved.
- In one episode, Tom has to help a fat pooch lose weight under orders by his owner Cates. It goes well thanks to Jerry. After one too many fails, Tom takes some pies and throws them at Cates, the owner of the pooch, the pooch himself and then himself before quietly leaving the room understandably done with everyone.
- "Suitable For Framing" has Tom cursed by a ghost after refusing to pay for painting his picture. The awesome part? Whatever happens to Tom goes to the painting.. With the side effect that Tom recives no injuries whatsoever. The cat happily abuses this to his advantage and manages to get give Jerry and Tuffy for most of the short even letting them just to continue the chase.
- "Royal Treatment" has Tom score a well earned victory where after getting kicked out of his home, the normally stoic Cates is forced to beg Tom to return after Cates himself gets into trouble with a chief butler. Even better: Tom leads the charge against Jerry who had tormented him earlier.
