• Despite her many off-base guesses, when the Robot won first place Lindsay Lohan managed to guess his identity as Cody Simpson. The two even had a personal connection since he used to date her younger sister.
• Though she didn't win, Monster was another very strong contender. For example, her performance of What about Us. Major props also given how she's the only non-singer in the finals, and yet held her own against everyone else, including her fellow finalists.
• Dannii being so successful at guessing the singer's true identities that her fellow judges nicknamed her 'Inspector Minogue'.
• In Season Two, David Hughes successfully picks Kitten's identity - it's his first correct pick in two seasons.
  • Speaking of Kitten, some doubted it was Julia Morris due to her having sustained a back injury earlier in the year, and with the Kitten costume itself being heavy, not exactly the best thing to wear with a back brace. Turns out, despite many warnings from her orthopedist, she still decided to join and sing her heart out, and made it all the way to the Top 5.
• Crossing over with Funny Moments: Massive, massive props to Dragonfly for managing to fool one of her closest friends, Jackie O.
  • "Sophie Monk, that is the best prank I've ever seen in my entire life!"
• Bushranger's performances tend to be this. Special mention goes to her rendition of One Last Time.
  • Though he was eliminated early, Wizard's performances were good too. For example, his performance of Gotye's Somebody That I Used To Know shows off his impressive range.
• The fact that unlike many contestants where the general audience is able to pinpoint one particular person, majority of people (including the panelists themselves) being divided over whether Bushranger was Bonnie Anderson or Jessica Mauboy is quite the achievement. (For the record, it was the former.)
• After the ladies run circles around him all season long by getting a lot of guesses right (even non-Aussie Mel B got a few right), Hughesy manages to finally get one right at the eleventh hour by correctly guessing winner Mirrorball as Melody Thornton.
