" is, well perfect. Unicorn's gorgeous singing is enhanced by the beautiful backdrop of cherry trees and a forest blanketed in white snow. - After being unmasked in season 2, Sophie Monk credited TMS with re-awakening her love of singing. She was so burnt by the events surrounding the breakup of her girl group Bardot in 2002 that she hadn't been willing to sing in public for seventeen years.
- Rooster's performance of "Pure Imagination", especially when he finishes his song by hugging a newborn baby chicken.
- Doubling as a Tearjerker, but after being unmasked as Bad Avocado, Summer Warne said part of why she joined the show was to pay tribute to her father (cricket legend Shane Warne) who loved hearing her sing. "Yellow" in particular was an emotional song for her as Chris Martin (a good friend of Shane's) performed it at his funeral, so getting to perform it was a full-circle moment for her.
- After his performance of "Wrapped Around Your Finger", Tiny gifted a guitar to Chrissie Swan.
- After being unmasked as Burger Gal, La Toya Jackson admitted the main reason she took part was because she loved The Masked Singer so much. This is especially telling considering this is her third appearance on the show, having previously competed in the American and Spanish versions.
- As Cow Girl and Bouncer awaited to hear who was the last mask to make it into Season 5's Grand Final, Bouncer consoled Cow Girl with a hug.
