Near the end of the second film, just as Zach has burnt Clint to death and is about to kill his mother and brother, Deputy So-And-So barges out of the cornfield in his truck and strikes Zach head on, disabling him long enough for the deputy to untie the survivors and make a break for the house. What makes it truly awesome is that it's all captured from the camera, making it the first Super 8 footage across both films that isn't Nightmare Fuel.
What makes it more awesome? When So-And-So proceeds to smack the camera out of Zach's hands, breaking it, therefore destroying the cycle. Zach's Villainous Breakdown makes it more satisfying if you began to hate Zach halfway.
There's even one for the villains. When Zach is beating up Dylan simply because he's frustrated that Dylan's approached by Bughuul's ghosts instead of him, Bughuul's ghostly children appear and actually scare him off when he attempts to act tough.
