• Chapter 2
  • Darwin kills one of the Shi'ar Imperial Shockers by tackling him through a window. Thanks to Darwin's Adaptive Ability, he survives while the Imperial Shocker dies.

• Chapter 3
  • Vulcan takes on three Shi'ar warships. He destroys two as a display of his power and lets the third survive allowing him to commandeer it. When the captain of the surviving ship offers his sword as a sign of his loyalty, Vulcan responds, "Keep the sword, captain. I don't need one... you might want to fall on it at some point in the future".

• Chapter 4
  • Polaris taking down a team of War Skrulls by herself.

• Chapter 6
  • Vulcan's battle with the Shi'ar Imperial Guard. He counters the powers of virtually every member.
  • This then leads to Gladiator's own Moment of Awesome by being the one to defeat Vulcan and even manages to damage his eye.
  Vulcan: Why can't I touch you?
  Gladiator: Because I believe myself untouchable.

• Chapter 8
  • Alex, Lorna and Rachel combine their powers to transport the ship into Shi'ar space thanks to a plan concocted by Korvus.
