At the end of chapter 1, the Eds and their friend Grey are pretty much nearly defeated by a Rainbow Rocket Grunt and his two xurkitree, then Blue shows up and defeats both of them fairly easily.
Despite Losing, Grey puts up an incredible fight against the gym leader Preston, if it wasn't for his mega Lopunny he would've won.
In chapter 6, Eddy faces off against Tapu Fini, and while he loses, he's seen as worthy to get a Z ring and the wateruim Z.
Chapter 11 has Captain melonhead fighting the team rocket trio, and he actually wins, even though it's through
unconventional means.
Chapter 12 has the Eds facing off against the kankers, inside of a Pikachu mech, and the Ed boys defeat it, with the bonus of Double D's Vennonat evolving.
Slight bonus for the Kankers, they actually built the mech themselves, with no help from rainbow rocket.
The Eds face off with The Team Rocket trio and hear their motto, the eds response? Give them their own motto, it's awesome as it is funny.
Kevin's Charmeleon saving his trainer, Rolf, and the Eds from falling to their deaths, how does he do this? By evolving into a Charizard.
And later in the next chapter, we see him beat Ghetsis's Hydrgeion by himself.
Kinda an Offscreen Moment of Awesome but Eddy sending out King to take out a trio of bullies that still tried to capture a cubone after losing a bet, it's nice to the see the Eds having the last laugh for once.
The battle against spiritomb has its moments, Polter managing to terrify the powerful Pokemon due to her typing, Watt going into a Superpowered Evil Side to protect his team and Snappy managing to Solar beam it.
Snappy: "(I believe the expression was-)" his shell-trees turned white with pure light. "(SUBALUWA!)"
And when Spiritomb tries to finish the group off, Dialga saves the group ending the fight immediately by defeating Spiritomb in one attack.
