• The paradox gun. It manages to both contain a bomb in mid-explosion and to trap Metro Man. If he'd used it years ago, Megamind would have beat his arch-enemy a long time ago.
• Megamind and Minion not only pulling a Big Damn Heroes in the penultimate chapter, but managing to trick Owen a.k.a. the Beetle Bomber into believing he's reverting to his old ways. And then taking him down in style.
