    Season 1

MCC 2

  • Ryguyrocky completed the first-ever ace in Dodgebolt (eliminating all players of the opposite team) in the second round.
  • Technoblade breaking 2 games to the point they had to be changed.
    • First, he turned "Lockout Bingo" into a PVP game leading to the Keep Inventory rule being turned on for all future events, until the game was replaced with "Bingo But Fast".
    • In "Hole in the Wall", he jumped around the walls instead of through them, which led to the walls getting extended in all future events.

MCC 3

  • PeteZahHutt becoming the only player to win on their birthday.

MCC 4

  • Technoblade set the record for the highest amount of coins earned in a single event by one individual (4307), becoming the first player to get over 4000 points individually.
    • Likewise, his team (the Purple Pandas) got 24,342 points, becoming the first team to ever get over 24,000 points.

MCC 5

  • PeteZahHutt becoming the only player to ever survive all three rounds of "Hole in the Wall", an achievement that was dubbed "3Pete".
  • Quig, Scott (Smajor1995) and Shubble becoming the first two-time winners.

MCC 7

  • Technoblade writing down all blocks needed for every build in "Build Mart" beforehand, which caused the Noxcrew to introduce randomised blocks into every build. This caused "Build Mart" to become the third game that had to be changed because of Techno.

MCC 8

  • Dream and Techno's team, the Pink Parrots, winning Minecraft Championship 8, marking Dream's first-ever MCC win. When Dream and Technoblade were announced to team up in MCC, fans knew this event would be one of the best. When the Decision Dome (when the audience chooses which game the participants are going to play next) came on, both Techno and Dream told their fans to choose Skyblockle. Not only did that game win in the Twitter poll, but more than 80% of people voting chose that option. In the final minigame, the Pink Parrots did really well. Most everyone expected the other team to win. When the Pink Parrots won, people started going to their voice chat to congratulate them. In the end, both Dream and Technoblade's channels got lots and lots of subscribers. What's more, their amount of viewers averaged in the six-digits, meaning they each had at least 100,000 viewers or more watching their livestreams. That makes them winners.
    • One particular highlight is Dream utterly owning the first minigame, Parkour Warriors, which had been remade to the point that the creator didn't expect anyone to finish it. Dream is not only the first to finish the course, but the only one to finish it (the next-closest players were halfway through the final level).
    • Another highlight is the final game, Dodgebolt. The Pink Parrots' strategy is to funnel all the arrows to Dream and Techno, the best shots on the team. Well, in round 3 both of them get taken out early, and soon one of their teammates, KingBurren, is left to stand alone against two opponents. Burren himself has no confidence in his own skills... which naturally means he proceeds to pull off the clutch against all odds, sniping both his opponents in a row, earning Burren everyone's respect and the Parrots' second point. It's a scene right out of an underdog sports film, which makes it all the cooler.
    • Burren's time in the limelight doesn't end there. Dream outright starts funneling arrows to him instead after his masterful performance in round 3, knowing he's a better shot than he gets credit for. He's the last one standing in round 4, and while he loses he lasts for a while. And he proves that his 1v2 clutch in round 3 wasn't a fluke — he continues to pull his weight, managing to take out not one but two opponents in both rounds 4 and 5.
    • The final round of Dodgebolt. Dream is the last one standing on his team and is facing HBomb94, one of the more competent shots on his opponents' side. The teams are tied 2-2, meaning whoever lands the arrow shot first wins MCC for their team. Dream has both arrows to use against his opponent. The first misses. The second doesn't.
  • Smallishbeans performing the first-ever 1v3 against Dream, Burren and Michaelmcchill.

MCC 9

  • Pretty much everything the Blue Bats (HBomb, Fruitberries, Rendog and FalseSymmetry) did.
    • First off, no one was expecting them to win MCC9. Reddit famously put them in the bottom 5, and not even False and Ren themselves thought they could win, considering that the Hermits had had a horrible track record up until then — but H's coaching ultimately carried the day.
    • They managed to get the record for the most amount of coins earned by a team in a single game (unmultiplied) during the seventh minigame, "Survival Games". In that game, they got 14 kills and all 4 survived, giving the team 7200 coins (or 2880 without multiplier), and ensuring a spot in Dodgebolt before the final game was played. Ironically, they did not even want the game and was actively avoiding it.
    • In Dodgebolt, they performed the first-ever Reverse Sweep against the Green Guardians (Sapnap, GeorgeNotFound, Krtzyy and Eret) who were the favourites to win. The reverse sweep earned HBomb the first-ever 3rd win. Despite 2 more Reverse Sweeps having happened since MCC 9, this is called "the Reverse Sweep". Likewise, the team earned the name "The Blue Bats".
    • Their domination was so great that the team has since been called OP (overpowered) — ironic, considering nobody predicted their victory.
  • The Pink Parrots (Grian, Smallishbeans, SolidarityGaming, and InTheLittleWood) have agreed to buy lordships titles for themselves, if they placed 8th or higher in the team standings. In the end, they placed 8th and each member bought a lordship title representing their accomplishment in MCC 9:
    • Grian bought the title of "Lord Grian Dreamslayer" because of his triple kill on the Lime Llamas team, killing Dream, Tubbo and Fundy in Survival Games. This started the "Lord Grian Dreamslayer" meme in the MCC community.
    • Smallishbeans bought the title of "Lord Joel Jumperman" because he made it the furthest in his team in Parkour Warrior.
    • SolidarityGaming bought the title of "Lord Timmy Top Placer" because he placed 27th individually, the highest in his team.
    • InTheLittleWood bought the title of "Lord Martyn Moneymaker" because he had banked the most coins in his team in Sands of Time.

MCC 10

  • Quig building a TNT cannon in "Sky Battle".
  • FalseSymmetry becoming the first back-to-back winner and getting an ace in Dodgebolt, earning her the nickname "False Supremacy".
  • The Simmers, who typically don't do well in PVP games, manage to defeat the Lime Llamas (Technoblade, Philza, Nihachu, and Eret) and the Red Rabbits (Dream, GeorgeNotFound, SolidarityGaming, and CaptainPuffy) in Battle Box, two upsets no one was expecting. Knowing that they can't outfight those teams, the Simmers simply rush the middle and fill in the wool, catching Lime and Red off guard and winning the respective rounds in less than a minute.

MCC 11

  • In a fitting send-off to the last mainline MCC he would ever participate in, Techno ended up getting a perfect run of "Ace Race", which lead to a new map being introduced. In the end, the Blade would end up causing the overhaul of four seperate games.
  • Dream dominating Parkour Warrior for a third time, to the point that the designer blew it up and introduced a new event.
  • The Dream Team's 3-0 sweep of Dodgebolt.

MCC 12

  • George becoming the second back-to-back winner.

MCC 13

  • The Teal Turkeys (Illumina, Krinios, Eret and Punz) performing the second-ever Reverse Sweep in Dodgebolt.

    Season 2

MCC 14

  • HBomb becoming the first-ever person to win 4 times.

MCC 15

  • Illumina placing 1st in 4 out of the 8 games (Battle Box, Sands of Time, Ace Race, and TGTTOS).
    • He also got the new record for the highest average TGTTOS placement (454 unmultipled coins) with no team bonuses, placing 2nd, 7th, 3rd, 1st, 3rd, and 3rd on the 6 maps, respectively.
  • Quackity manages to pop off in multiple games — not bad for someone who called himself "dogshit" in The Diss Track that he wrote before the event.
    • In a round of Battle Box, Punz annihilates 3 out of 4 of the Red Rabbits, and then proceeds to be taken down by Quackity, who is not exactly known for his PVP skills in Minecraft. And in a different round, Illumina "combos [Sapnap] into next week" and starts cheering... then is also taken down by Quackity, driving him into a crisis after the round.
Illumina: Why was I more scared of Quackity than Sapnap??
    • This happens to be the first time where Quackity doesn't play as the Sand Keeper (the support role) in the Sands of Time minigame, and he nails it. Specifically, he got fifth place in terms of individual scores (994) without resorting to collecting a dead teammate's coins or anything of the sort, solves the notoriously difficult Blue Wool vault puzzle in about a minute without even looking at the hint, and collected the gold from the Red Vault without dying or getting lost, while having very little experience in the game mechanics.
    • Moreover, during the entire event, Quackity had a visual glitch where he couldn't see other players' outlines, which would have been detrimental in minigames like Sands of Time and Parkour Tag, but he still manages to win the event... and only found out about this after the entire event was over.
    • And to add to this, he didn't show up to practice streams, apparently spent the time before the event writing his guitar diss track, and only saw the update video 5 minutes before the event started. And he still manages to win the event.

MCC 16

  • Wilbur Soot has always had a hatred for Ace Race, and has consistently done terribly at it. However, in MCC16, Wilbur decided to vent his frustrations by ad-libbing an MCC-parody of "The World Was Wide Enough", which he sings throughout the entire race. Not only is it an impressive display of Wilbur's musical talent, he winds up finishing in seventh, his best performance in Ace Race up until that point.
  • Dream becomes the third player to claim two consecutive wins, and ties HBomb for most wins overall (4).

MCC 17

  • The Orange Ocelots (PeteZahHutt, Grian, FalseSymmetry, SB737) dominated the event, getting top 3 in all games except "Grid Runners", and all except False came Top 10 — Pete came 1st, Grian 6th (his first top 10) and SB 7th (also his first Top 10). If the pre-MCC 17 scorings had been used, False would also have come Top 10 and Orange would've broken the point record set by MCC 7 Green.
    • In the first game, "Hole in the Wall", they came a close second. In the second round, Pete was the only survivor, and thanks to excellent placements in the other two rounds, he was the game's second-best player.
    • In "Sky Battle", they once again came a close second, in a game the team was not predicted to do well in. The team managed to be one of the last ones standings in all three rounds and got many kills. Grian got his first-ever 1st place in a game, due to getting 6 kills using only one piece of TNT in the first round. This also happens to be an improvement from his MCC 16 result, where he got third. Ironically, "Sky Battle" is one of his least favourite games.
    • In the third game, "TGTTOSAWAF", they came third despite only getting 2 team bonuses. All 4 members got at least Top 10 in one round.
    • The fourth game "Grid Runners" was their weakest showing, where they came in 6th place, but they managed to complete "Sewer" in the shortest time.
    • After the break, the 5th game was "Sands of Time", where they came third but with only 168 fewer coins than first place. All three of the runners (Pete, False and SB) managed to bank over 1000 coins and False got the blue vault. Grian banked 868 coins, the most banked by a Sand Keeper at that event.
    • Game 6 was "Ace Race", where the team came first, thanks to Pete coming first. Pete also got 3 of the 5 fastest laps (including the fastest), beating the previous record by 10 seconds.
    • After that, "Build Mart" was chosen. In the game, Grian showed exactly why he is considered the best "Build Mart" leader. The team came first, beating second place by 900 coins, pretty much ensuring the team a place in Dodgebolt. They used the "3 builders and one runner" strategy where Grian, False and Pete would focus on building the build, while SB would focus on grabbing materials. If the old scoring had been used the team would have gotten over 5k coins.
    • The final game was "Survival Games", where both Grian and False survived to the end, and Pete and SB were two of the last people killed. However, due to the Pink Parrots (Fruitberries, Illumina, Vixella and KryticZeuz) getting more kills, Orange came second. Individually, Pete came 4th and False 5th.
    • In Dodgebolt, the Orange Ocelots went up against the Pink Parrots. By the fifth round, the two teams were tied at 2 wins each, but the fifth round ends up being one of the most epic rounds of Dodgebolt ever seen — Pink managed to quickly kill all of Orange except Grian, while Orange only got Vixella. It looked like the end for Orange by that point, but Grian managed to 1v3 Illumina, Fruit and Zeuz, becoming the second person to ever successfully 1v3 a team in Dodgebolt, which was something he almost successfully did in the previous event but failed. This eared Grian and SB their first win, Pete his 4th and False her 3rd.
  • On the Pink Parrot's side, two of the Simmers getting into Dodgebolt for the first time. Although they were carried a lot by Fruit and Illumina, they still pulled some of their own weight. Both also got their best ever individual placements, with Zeuz getting 25th and Vixella 29th.

MCC 18

  • Tubbo and Sylvee getting their first win.

MCC 19

  • The Cerulean Candy Canes (Fruitberries, Ryguyrocky, Gumi and Awesamdude) absolutely destroying Survival Games, getting 7950 coins (2650 without multiplier). They did this thanks to 3/4 of the team surviving until the end, collectively getting 16 kills and the majority of the airdrops. Even more impressive is that they destroyed the game after the Noxcrew had thought they finally changed Survival Games to prevent teams from dominating and getting insane points — a challenge they had tried to complete ever since MCC 9.

MCC 20

  • The Aqua Axolotls (HBomb94, GeminiTay, Anfrost and 5up) winning in Dodgebolt against the Yellow Yaks (Illumina, FalseSymmetry, Cubfan135 and SB737) in a SWEEP, resulting in H becoming the first 5-time winner and causing Gem, Ant and 5up to all become first-time winners.
  • The Dodgebolt was also the first time two hermit teams faced each other in Dogebolt.
  • No matter the game order Aqua and Yellow would have made Dogebolt both teams dominated so much. Yellow took the crown from orange 17 for the highest-scoring team in season 2. Both Orange 17 and Yellow 20 funnily enough had both SB and False with a male Hermit (Grian and Cub) and an HBG member (Pete and Illumina). Aqua became the highest-scoring second place ever in MCC.

MCC 22

  • After an extremely close game of Dodgebolt, the Pink Parrots came out on top — marking the first-ever MCC win for Captain Sparklez in the process.
  • An honorable mention for the Golden Gals (Yellow Yaks), especially Jojosolos. Despite relatively low expectations going into the event, the team still manages to do really well despite this, staying in solid contention for dodgebolt until the 7th game and with Jojo in 1st place overall after game 4 all the way until after game 8.
    • Additionally, Sylvee placing 4th in Ace Race, being the first time she's placed top 5 in a game since Survival Games in MCC 16, and beating really strong Ace Race competitors in the process.

MCC 23

  • Martyn InTheLittleWood getting his first canon win.

MCC 24

  • The Cyan Coyotes (Jojo, Hannah, Aimsey and Pearl) absolutely dominating Sands of Time, banking over 1000 coins apiece and defying Reddit's expectations to get 4th overall.
    • Also, Hannah managing to get 15th individual in her very first MCC.

MCC 25

  • Scar getting his first win, and Jojo becoming the first woman to get 1st individual.

MCC 27 — Underdogs

  • The Cyan Coyotes (ItzMasayoshi, DisguisedToast1, boxbox22, and Not_iiTzTimmy) solidified themselves as being the underdog team of the whole event. Not only was every member of the team newcomers to MCC, already being at a disadvantage compared to some teams which had known veterans, but their team was predicted to place very low due to this low experience with not just MCC, but Minecraft in general. Despite all of that, they managed to pull themselves into 2nd place, placing just ahead of the Red Rabbits by 82 coins, and each team member even managed to place in the top 20 of the individual leaderboard (Masayoshi and Timmy even reaching 9th and 10th place on the leaderboard respectively).

MCC 28

  • The Teal Turkeys (Punz, Sneegsnag, Captain Sparklez, and SolidarityGaming) winning Dodgebolt (or more accurately, Snowbolt) 3-0, with a special shout-out to Jimmy Solidarity, notoriously a punching bag for just about every series he's been in, for successfully pulling a 1v3 against Illumina, Jack Manifold, and TommyInnit from the Emerald Elves in the final round.

    Season 3

MCC 29

  • The Aqua Axolotls (HBomb94, Krtzyy, cubfan135, FalseSymmetry) becoming the first team to make Dodgebolt without any players that placed in the top 10.
    • Thanks to False's 1v3 against Jojo, Ranboo and Gee, they became the first winners of Season 3, making HBomb the first 6-time winner and False the first female 4-time winner. As a result of this, Krtzyy and Cub have also got their respective second and first wins since Season 1 (MCC 1 for Krtzyy and MCC 10 for Cub).
  • During Sands of Time, Ranboo rushed back to the sand timer and managed to insert 3 sand blocks to give him enough time to escape. Adding to the tension was Ranboo managing to place them while he had 2 seconds left.
  • Purpled broke the record for the highest individual placement on a 10th-place team with 3rd place. On the other hand, Green's second-highest-placed player George got 36th.

MCC 31

  • The Red Rabbits had newcomers OllieGamerz and CapitánGato step in as replacements, thus forming an all-Hispanic (or at least Spanish-speaking) MCC team with Shadoune and Jojo. They then proceed to play through the event in Spanish and win. Even the official MCC Twitter account announces their victory message in Spanish in honour of this.
MCChampionship_: 👑 Tus ganadores de MCC 31 son los Red Rabbits 👑
    • Extra props go to CapitánGato, who, in the 1st round of Dodgebolt, pulled off a 1v3 against the Green Geckos. Not only is this a rare and hard thing to pull off (this instance being the sixth to happen successfully), but he had the quick thinking to pick up the dropped arrows when he fired his shots, cutting off the enemy from having a chance to fire back.

MCC 32

  • After a long and excruciatingly stressful Dodgebolt match (with the match itself being the longest in the event's history, clocking in at 17 minutes and 14 seconds), the Red Rabbits (Antfrost, Ranboo, Aimsey, and GoodTimesWithScar) managed to beat the Aqua Axolotls (Eret, KaraCorvus, Purpled, and Ryguyrocky) 3-2, securing Ranboo and Aimsey's first canon wins, with them winning after 15 events and 7 events respectively.
    • Additional awesome comes from the fact that, going into the final game (Sky Battle), the team had the odds stacked against them. The Aqua Axolotls and Yellow Yaks (AntVenom, SolidarityGaming, FireBreathMan, and GeminiTay) had held a dominant lead over the top 2 for most of the event, with Yellow standing 700 coins over Red, who was in 3rd place, after Game 7. However, Red not only managed to score 1st as a team in Sky Battle, their performance trumped both of what Aqua and Yellow scored, shooting their coin count above them both and stealing the 1st place team spot from Aqua.

    Special Events

Yogscast's Jingle Jam MCC

  • SolidarityGaming getting 1st individual with 4,103 coins. The 3rd to ever be above 4,000 coins. This is the 5th highest individual score ever when including non-canon events.

MC Championship Pride 2021

  • The Aqua Axolotls (Illumina, GizzyGazza, KreekCraft, Ryguyrocky) performing the third ever Reverse Sweep. This became Illumina's second Reverse Sweep, earning him the nickname "King of Reverse Sweeps".

MCC All-Stars

  • Everyone participating in the event already earns a moment — a prerequisite for playing in All-Stars is to have won a previous MCC.
  • The Red Rabbits (the Dream Team and BadBoyHalo) utterly dominated the event, taking first place after just one game (Parkour Tag) and never dropping below it throughout the entire event (even after two abysmal performances in Build Mart and Battle Box). After a three-vault run of Sands of Time (including the fabled Gold Vault), their place in Dodgebolt was pretty much guaranteed... and they proceeded to sweep that event, shutting down any attempt by the Yellow Yaks to come back. By the end of it, Dream, George, Sapnap, and Bad were all in the Top 10, with Dream and Sapnap claiming the top two positions overall. This also puts Sapnap as the fourth player to claim consecutive wins, and Dream as the most victorious player ever (at five wins). However, since All-Stars is a non-canon event, the win and all scores are not counted.

MC Championship Scuffed

  • Smallishbeans getting 1st individual a big thanks to his incredible performance in Skyblockle with 991 unmultiplied coins.
    • Additionally, he continued his 100% win rate in Bingo but Fast.
  • Despite being a non-canon event, this is the first time that Lime Llamas won the event. This is thanks to both the top and bottom 2 teams reaching Dodgebolt where Lime (9th) teamed with Blue (1st) and won.
