Whether these moments come from our red punch-happy echidna warrior or his human deputy protege in training, prepare to crack your knuckles for the most badass moments that are sure to come.

Episode One: The Warrior

  • One must admit the training montage Knuckles goes through at the beginning of episode 1 is pretty awesome since it based off of some of the game mechanics.
  • We clearly hear that Wade is having some self-esteem issues due to his image as a joke, but Knuckles seems kind enough to help him out... even though he's not the best at showing it.
Wade: Most people think I'm a joke...
Knuckles: I do not make jokes. I make warriors.
  • A villainous moment, but The Buyer has somehow managed to collect more than one powered quill and has used Robotnik's tech to make his own Chaos-Energized weapons. Hell, he even worked for Robotnik at some point!
  • When both Knuckles and Agent Mason perform a Punch Parry in their first clash, Agent Mason drops a heavy Call-Back line at Knuckles, even though it's played for laughs from Agent Willoughby's reaction.
    • And following that, Knuckles proceeds to show up Mason and overpower him in said Punch Parry despite Mason's attempt at a Badass Boast.
  • Following that is a very fierce fight where despite Mason and Willoughby's attempts to fight Knuckles in a 2 on 1, Knuckles is constantly able to bounce back from any disadvantage and keep laying a beating on the two agents. It's only through a surprise Ring usage from Willoughby that the battle ends with Knuckles being warped into a cage as the agents escape.
    • Some props have to be given to the Agent duo, as they're some of the only humans across Sonic media to actually take on one of the main characters in a fight on foot rather than with some sort of mech.

Episode Two: Don't Ever Say I Wasn't There For You

  • While Wade's initial plan to rescue Knuckles very literally goes up in flames, he successfully manages to pull off the rescue with only the Power Fist gauntlets Mason left behind. He manages to outsmart Mason after being clobbered by him for most of their fight, using a moment of opportunity to spray hot sauce in his eyes and knocking him onto a cart that sends the GUN agent flying through a window. And when faced off with Willoughby who has a big laser rifle and is more than ready to shoot Wade, Wade simply fires a Rocket Punch with his one gauntlet at the cage containing Knuckles, resulting in a huge EMP explosion similar to the one Sonic made in the first movie that knocks out Willoughby and wrecks the Ice Cap, while Wade and Knuckles are perfectly fine after said explosion.
  • Upon making their escape from Agents Mason and Willoughby, Knuckles proceeds to finally show off his gliding abilities, with Wade on his back to boot.

Episode Three: The Shabbat Dinner

  • During the raid on the Whipple household, both Wade and Wanda are caught off guard by a bounty hunter, with Wade failing a sneak attack knockout on his bounty hunter out and Wanda stuck on the defensive, Knuckles tags in to help both of them out. In Wade's case, while Wade's knocked down, he has a Grin of Audacity as he realizes Knuckles is about to back him up, as his opponent is quickly taken out by the echidna. Meanwhile in Wanda's case, right when the bounty hunter is about to successfully attack Wanda, Knuckles steps in to grab the bounty hunter's chain and swings him across the room.
  • Meanwhile with Wendy, we see that she's more than capable of putting that Krav Maga instructor experience to good use, fighting off a majority of the bounty hunters while in the kitchen. And when Knuckles shows up to help her out, the two proceed to team up and wipe out the rest of the bounty hunters without a sweat, all while protecting the lit Shabbat candles.

Episode Four: The Flames of Disaster:

  • Even if it is presented in a bizarre musical stage play, the knowledge that Knuckles managed to defeat what may or may not be the movie continuity's version of Iblis after discovering the power of the Flames of Disaster is an amazing tale to be heard.
  • Finally motivated by Pachacamac's Vision Quest to use the power of his heart, Wade manages to break out of the roof of the electric cage Jack trapped him in with his bare hands.
  • Following that, he and Jack engage in a jousting duel with katanas and bikes (With Wade being forced to resort to using a kid's bicycle), and Wade manages to win the joust, cutting off Jack's hair and promptly humiliating his bounty hunting ex-bowling partner after being abandoned by him in the first episode and betrayed for money by him at the start of this episode. And with this, Wade even manages to win Susie over to be his bowling partner after he lost to the fierce girl scout in the first episode.

Episode Six: What Happens in Reno, Stays in Reno

  • After the fifth episode ended on a Cliffhanger of Wade seemingly sending Knuckles off to his doom to the GUN Agent duo for the safety of his mother and sister, we're shown the truth once the elevator doors open and Mason and Willoughby open fire into said elevator: The two had shot up a red mascot costume in the elevator, as Knuckles drops down from the elevator ceiling to take the agents by surprise. Turns out that even though Wade had just been horrifically betrayed by his father after finally reuniting seemingly amicably with him and had the rest of his family held hostage, he managed to come up with a plan to save both his friend and the rest of his family: Secretly relay the info of the hostage situation to Knuckles via an airpod earbud as he spoke to the GUN Agents on his phone once Knuckles was seemingly out of earshot. Once Knuckles was fighting the GUN Agents, Wade would save Wendy and Wanda.
  • During Knuckles' rematch with the GUN Agent duo, Willoughby attempts to unleash the ring device again, firing off a pair of rings. Knuckles, not to be fooled by this again, punches the rings out of the air and forces them to split, causing them to unleash a loop of portals that acts like a black hole, sucking in both Mason and Willoughby to an Uncertain Doom while Knuckles manages to cling to the ceiling to keep himself from falling in.
  • While Wanda's sheer stubbornness prevents Wade from freeing her before the family could get the chance to help Knuckles, she does make good on her word she can escape on her own as she dislocates her thumb to escape her cuffs.
  • Following that, Wade finally faces off with Pistol Pete in the Tournament of Champions finals. And after an extremely close game, Pistol Pete screws up his final roll and has to pick up a spare. And despite Pete's attempts to verbally put down Wade, Wade manages to push through them, redeem himself for his bowling failure in the first episode, and perform a strike, winning him the Tournament of Champions and letting him finally stick it to his old man after being abandoned and betrayed by him.
  • The final battle against The Buyer, while short, is still packed with a good batch of badass moments:
    • Credit has to be given to The Buyer, as despite only having a few minutes of this single fight throughout the whole show, he makes it clear why he was Eggman's colleague, overpowering Knuckles with a mecha powered by several of his quills and managing to successfully drain the energy from the echidna.
    • In order to keep The Buyer from killing Knuckles, Wendy and Wanda arriving with a bowling car, giving Wade the gauntlets Mason left behind and a whole batch of bowling balls to launch at The Buyer to buy time for Knuckles to get up, as the deputy proclaims how much Knuckles has helped change his life and how happy he is to have bonded with the warrior.
Wade: Knuckles, I hope you can hear this. You taught me how to stand up for myself and fight! And we're stronger than ever now...! Because we fight together! A warrior's true strength comes from their heart! And your heart has never been bigger! You fight to honor your family! You fight to protect your friends! And now, you have something new to fight for: A home!
    • And once Wade had finished his speech and ran out of bowling balls to hurl... Knuckles manages to wake up in a Heroic Second Wind, catching The Buyer's whips before they could hit Wade and absorbing back the power of all of the quills he had integrated into his mech. And embracing Wade's words, the Flames of Disaster once again reignite from the echidna warrior's fists as he proceeds to unleash a full-blown Curb-Stomp Battle that barely lasts a minute, effortlessly shredding The Buyer's mech, and, with a bit of assistance from Wade, finishes him off by dunking a massive globe decoration from the top of the Reno casino on him.
Knuckles: (As he lands in a Victory Pose in front of the globe) Victory is ours...!
  • When Pistol Pete attempts to sneak away with the Tournament of Champions trophy while Knuckles and Wade were fighting The Buyer, he doesn't get a chance to get away with everything scott-free, as he's confronted by Wendy and Wanda who proceed to swiftly kick his ass as the former decks him straight in the face when he tries to talk his way out of it and the latter pins him to the ground for a good extra whooping and humiliation from the rest of the family he ditched.
