In General
- Aquaman himself is nothing short of epic. He's able to tear through robots like butter, is extremely skilled in fighting, and is practically invincible. He even held the entire planet together with his own damn strength alone!
- Fish people may not appreciate him (until Tidal Shift), but fish are always loyal to him and come to his aid whenever he calls them. And the majority of the time, the fish that comes is awesome!
- Mera is also wickedly cool! Her water-manipulating abilities are very strong and she's even capable of sending the entire ocean towards her foes...That can reach as high as space!!
- THE. POSTERS. All of them are amazingly detailed shots of Aquaman and Co. fighting certain villains that are a part of the story for each special. each one
is more detailed than the last!
Chapter One: Dead Sea
- The very first fight sequence we get in this series is already very epic. With Mera turning water into baseball bats and Aquaman calling a giant fish to fight against a gang of miscreants!
- The final fight against Mortikov is nothing short of amazing. A lot of dynamic shots, smooth animation, and cool attacks being done by the other characters.
- And then comes Aquaman's part...where he rips through robots with pure strength and his mighty trident alone!
Aquaman: MORTIKOOOV!!- Did we mention that Cooper Andrews is actually a really great voice actor? The way he yells the line above is badass!
- The entire chase sequence against Mortikov is epic. Even more Exaggerated by the fact that he throws an entire chunk of his building at Aquaman and he manages to dodge it!
