  • In general, Sprout note  loves holding marathons. This was especially noticeable in 2015, when the channel aired a marathon of back-to-back episodes of certain shows. Plus, whenever a new show would come to Sprout, there would usually be a marathon aired.
  • Angelina Ballerina was treated much better on Sprout than PBS, PBS Kids or Nick Jr. UK. It was one of the most popular shows on the channel, the show and its sequel series The Next Steps was promoted heavily in promos, and it had three timeslots in the day and night.
  • Barney & Friends was one of Sprout's most popular series, with the titular character appearing at the likes of malls and zoos to promote the channel, the series was promoted a lot and received various airtimes, marathons aired (usually for Thanksgiving or Valentine's Day), Barney's Christmas Star and Barney's Night Before Christmas both aired several times, and Barney even appeared on The Sunny Side Up Show FIVE TIMES, as well as hosting the Valentine's Day Dino-Mite Sing Along in 2010.
  • If you had toddlers (or might've been a toddler) and watched Sprout note  anytime from the late 2000's to The New '10s, Caillou was treated this way. It was shown in 3-episode blocks 15 minutes in length, and only comprised the first three seasons. This meant that there were only 25 blocks. Two blocks were shown in the morning, one played in the evening (which was repeated 3 times in the overnight segment), and a full hour was shown from 1-2PM (3 blocks with commercials in between each one). This meant that Caillou was shown 9 times a day. There was a 100% turnover of episodes twice a week.
  • Both Floogals and Terrific Trucks were heavily promoted by the network when they premiered.
  • Kody Kapow has been getting a surprising amount of love from Sprout. The network has been heavily promoting it on its social media and official website, which started long before the series began in July 2017. Ads for the show aired during every show on Sprout, on non-NBCU networks like Nickelodeon and even in movie theaters.
  • Kipper was a popular show on Sprout's schedule. The show had at least 3 or 4 slots during The Goodnight Show from the 2000s to the mid 2010s on the channel.
  • Sprout also loved anything related to Noddy note :
    • The first series they aired, Make Way For Noddy, was the very first Sprout show to get this treatment, running as many as 4 times a day. Occasionally, Sprout would put on reruns of the show in place of other programming, or as filler for movies shown on the Summer of Sprout block. It got constantly promoted by the channel and was notably the only PBS program to air on the NBC Kids block that used Sprout as a programming source.
    • The second series they aired, Noddy, Toyland Detective, was, before Sprout became Universal Kids, the third-most aired show after Caillou and the Nelvana version of The Berenstain Bears. New episodes were constantly promoted the week before they aired, both on TV and on their Facebook. When Sprout became part of Universal Kids, Noddy, Toyland Detective and Caillou were tied for the most-aired shows on the block with three airings each. The adoration of Toyland Detective died down after the Sprout branding was dropped from the block.
  • As far as original series go, The Pajanimals got this treatment, getting promoted a lot, the characters appeared on The Sunny Side Up Show several times, and a "Pajanimals Pajama Party" block even ran occasionally for a few years.
  • In the channel's last few years, Ruff Ruff Tweet And Dave received thousands of promotions and social media posts, the characters have made appearances on The Sunny Side Up Show several times, and Carly and her friends played "Game On!," inspired by the series, in one segment.
  • Sesame Street is this, having been promoted a lot, many of the show's TV and direct-to-video specials have aired on the channel, and the characters appeared on The Sunny Side Up Show several times. Sprout would also air the spin-off series Play With Me Sesame, and was a sponsor of Sesame Street Live's VIP packages.
  • Thomas & Friends was a longtime staple of Sprout's schedule. The useful engine was prominently featured in advertising, promos, several of its direct-to-video movies would air, and it received prominent air times throughout the day.
  • In Sprout's later years, it was pretty common to see Super Wings on the schedule. Given that the show was popular among kids, it was understandable. In addition, it was one of the few shows to survive the Universal Kids transition and lasted a pretty long time on there, only being canned when Cocomelon was introduced to the channel.
