Just a note before we start; in some cases, this is accidentally bundled along with the previous chapter.
Saori brings together Yuzu, Piyotan and Oryou (a somewhat random group) for a dieting club. Yuzu seems interested, but Piyotan and Oryou are more ambivalent; the former claims to have been dragged along, while the latter says she doesn't mind. However, when Saki feels Oryou's belly under the "if you don't have anything to hide, you won't mind if I search you" line of logic, she becomes self-conscious, and decides to participate.
The four girls take up the chance to train with the volleyball club (or, as they point out, the forme club), but prove unable to keep up with the club's intense training, commenting that it must be why the club has so few members. They then move on to aerobics, with Piyotan getting tired from the outset. Within an hour, Piyotan and Oryou have collapsed, and three hours after that, Yuzu and Saori are down for the count.
Saori demands to know how Hana is not gaining weight, and Hana says that she isn't doing anything special, but somehow burns all those calories from flower arrangement.
Ayumi comes in with some goods, such as a corset and a cast to forcibly slim the girls down, as well as blue sprinkle to make food less appetizing and slimming shakes.
The four girls try a sauna, which turns out to be the Type 89. Duck Team protests and asks for it back, but are repelled by a blast of steam.
Ami arrives, having heard about the girls' attempts at dieting. She somehow whips off her dress uniform in one motion, paradoxically removing the blazer, last, to reveal a camouflage-painted bikini and her Heroic Build. She then offers the JGSDF's boot camp to give them the body of a fighting woman. After an Imagine Spot of what they would look like, Saori politely refuses, as Ami is confused.
The girls decide not to eat at all, and are driven mad with hunger. Yuzu considers eating her own breasts, only to be told that the fat will go to her stomach (among other reasons), and Piyotan, seeing a piece of meat on her PSP, starts trying to eat the game, with her teammates asking if it's Attack on Piyotan. The girls then head to the sauna (an actual sauna at a public bath), but rush out after Saki breaks her silence to say that "Girls... start to burn at the chest."
In the end, Saori decides to give it up, wondering if boys like girls who are a little chubby, but after seeing her scales, feels depressed and is back where she started.
