If he can order frogs to spontaneously explode, does his power have any limits at all? Heaven's Door and Echoes Act 2 raised similar questions. My best guess is that they're limited to effects requiring a certain amount of energy; Heaven's Door let Koichi instantly learn Italian and made him fly backwards at superhuman speeds, but it couldn't make Koichi immortal or omniscient. The precise limits of these abilities are still very unclear, though.
