The heroes...get [[{{Brigadoon}} the aformentioned kingdom brought back as a ghost kingdom]]. And physical and mental scars. [[ShaggyDogStory Essentially, the "heroes" failed in their mission, while the villain succeeded]] in a massive case of DramaticIrony.
