* WhatDoYouMeanItsForKids For a PSA aimed at children, it gets a bit TOO real, even for your average children's PSA. It's one thing to discuss how kids are groomed and sexualized by predators, but the fact that they demonstrate this by having Charming put kids in wildly inappropriate makeup and outfits makes things wildly uncomfortable. There was apparently a re-titled re-release of the PSA that toned down some of the worst stuff.

* {{Narm}}: A StrangerDanger PSA with upbeat musical numbers, a TotallyRadical mascot, and a BumblingSidekick for the villain is funny. All of that contrasted against a serious, realistic portrayal of a sexual predator is [[MoodWhiplash hilarious]].

* TheWoobie: The man looking for his lost puppy, if the above AlternateCharacterInterpretation is true.

* EarWorm: ''"Tricky people, really tricky people have pain down in their heart..."''

* HateSink: Charming, Charming, Charming. A man who abuses and lusts over underage girls, takes raunchy pictures of them, and even stores them in a special vault? Many people can agree that Yello Dyno should've ''smashed'' the guy's face in with the vault door when he had the chance.

Is Dyno genuinely concerned for these kids, or is he mad that Charming is interrupting the progress of his musical cash cow?

* TearJerker: The "Safely Held in Your Heart" number. Carmen feels totally broken after her encounter with Charming, and contemplates the fact that she's too afraid to tell her parents what happened. As she grieves over the loss of her childhood innocence, we're shown a montage of the actress's ''actual'' childhood photos, and by the end of the song, she's completely in tears. For a silly little PSA starring a TotallyRadical dinosaur, this is surprisingly heartbreaking stuff.
