* DemonicSpiders: Imperial Purge Troopers in the first game and their insanely precise shoulder-mounted homing lasers. Their shots are unblockable, are harder to dodge than anything any boss will throw at you and [[BeyondTheImpossible will easily perform nigh-immediate 180 degree turns]] to hit you in the ass in the event that you do somehow manage to duck under or jump over one of them successfully. Oh, and when (no, not ''if'' -- ''when'') the shot hits you, it will take about 20% off your health and knock you down. If you ''dared'' to jump in an attempt to dodge it, the knock back effect will last long enough for him to shoot it at you again, this time without any chance at all for you to avoid it. If you manage to get close to them, however, they're easier to kill, at least if you fighting them alone. Now imagine, if you will, facing off against FOUR of these bastards at a time, each one at a different range. [[{{Understatement}} It gets a tad hard to get through something like that]]. And, yes, it does happen. More than once.

* FridgeBrilliance: The romance sub-plot. Early on, Galen goes from dark and brooding while kneeling in front of Vader to a gibbering teenager who hushes his best friend around a corner to talk about the hot chick like there's been an UnexpectedGenreChange to teen highschool drama. Later on, he goes from supreme badass to wide-eyed and awkward when she kisses him out of the blue, and General Kota makes a big deal of how his feelings for her helped turn him good, despite [[FridgeLogic the kind of person she must've been]] to have risen in the ranks of the empire enough to get Vader's attention. Except...consider [[FridgeBrilliance how he grew up]] and it's not so unbelievable, since normal, healthy interaction with other people isn't exactly part of Sith training. Does Vader, of all people, seem like the kind of guardian who would bother explaining to a young man growing up in his care that the funny feeling in his stomach (among [[IfYouKnowWhatIMean other places]]) when a pretty girl is around is normal? She's probably his first kiss, if not the only woman in his life he hasn't either killed as an early target or on the way to one.
** In the second game, [[spoiler: Vader uses Starkiller's love for Juno against him by using her as leverage to join the Darkside. That's right, he's using the very idea that turned ''himself '' over to Palpatine against Starkiller.]]

* MissedMomentOfAwesome: What happened to being able to fly Vader's TIE Advanced?
** What happened to being able to destroy C-3PO and R2-D2 in the Endor DLC?

* ThatOneLevel: The hangar in the Death Star ([=PlayStation=] 3/Xbox 360 version) isn't called the ''Hangar of Death'' for nothing. Filled with snipers, EliteMooks, and AT-ST's on all sides with you in the middle.
** There's also the bit where you pull a Star Destroyer out of orbit, which ''should'' have been cool, but was simply frustrating to no end for a variety of reasons-- the controls, for pulling down the Star Destroyer, the TIE fighters coming in waves to be merciless GoddamnBats that will not die, and of course, the fact that said level was just flat out bugged. The final pull sequence instructions were ''wrong.'' You'd have to either wildly push the sticks to find the right directions or look on the internet.

** Starkiller's clone explores the Dark Side Cave of Dagobah, where he encounters many other clones that are entangled by vines and eerily calling out for help.
** The first time you're on the ''Salvation''; it's dark, you're mostly alone, and your comlink occasionally broadcasts Rebel soldiers as they're being butchered by unseen forces. They don't call them 'Terror Troopers' for nothing. The fact that you are up against the most ruthless bounty hunter in the galaxy doesn't help [[spoiler: even though you don't even fight him at all.]]
** On Kamino [[spoiler: as you walk through a hallway, you're occasionally haunted by Juno and Kota's voices berating you. Oh and throw in a few surprise attacks from an imaginary Darth Vader.]]
** In the Dark Side Ending, [[spoiler: Vader's ''true '' apprentice just looks at Juno's dead body with absolute contempt before moving on, even though he's ''also '' a clone of Starkiller. Not to mention that he was hiding there the whole time and was able to WTFPWN Starkiller and Kota.]]
