** The Pixies crossed this in "School's Out: The Musical" with the revealed they'd kidnapped a child and raised him for his entire life as their own personal {{Tykebomb}} to try and take over Fairy World and the Earth.
** The Anti-Fairies crossed this (and "School's Out" wasn't their's, this certainly is for the Pixies) by using Poof as a weapon to destroy Fairy World for revenge, then choosing to destroy the Earth ForTheEvulz.

Missed Moment Of Awesome (now Offscreen Moment Of Awesome) is not \"they SHOULD have done it, it\'d be cool,\" or \"it wasn\'t cool ENOUGH.\" It\'s \"they DID do it, and you never got to see it.\"

* MissedMomentOfAwesome: ''The Big Superhero Wish''. After all the hype built up for the episode, up to and including toy deals with certain fast food companies, the entire double-length episode had two superhero fights, both of which consisted of the heroes getting [[CurbStompBattle curb-stomped]] and which (accidentally) resulted in the titular wish being half-unwished to make room for the moral that normal people are everyday heroes.

I\'m putting this back because it is not desperation; I\'m merely stating what has been stated by fans of both couples. Many Tootie/Timmy fans hate Wishology because Tootie\'s not in it; the same is true with Timmy/Trixie fans in regards to the live action movie. Also, this is in the Your Mileage May Vary section so it counts as an opinion.

Added DiffLines:

* ArmedWithCanon: The FairlyOddParents has an interesting case of it because both of the main "ships" have canon to back up their couple. For Timmy/Tootie fans, [[spoiler: the LiveActionAdaptation states that Tootie and Timmy are the OneTruePairing]], for Timmy/Trixie fans, [[spoiler: it's the special Wishology based on Timmy and Trixie kissing and both of them trying to kiss each other throughout the third part]]. This has led to [[spoiler:Timmy/Tootie fans disregarding the Wishology special and Timmy/Trixie fans disregarding the live action movie]]

** And most notably, both specials were writen by the same people, Butch Hartman and Scott Fellows.

* ArmedWithCanon: The FairlyOddParents has an interesting case of it because ''both'' fan groups of the main ships have ''canon'' with which to promote their couple. For the Timmy/Tootie fans, it the [[spoiler: LiveActionAdaptation movie coming up in July of 2011 outright states that Tootie is Timmy's true love]] while for Timmy/Trixie fans the special [[spoiler:Wishology was taken as proof that Timmy/Trixie were true love]]. This has led to Timmy/Tootie fans disregarding Wishology and Timmy/Trixie fans disregarding the live action movie.

* NightmareFuel: [[RuleOfThree Once again,]] the show has enough moments to deserve a separate page. Oddly enough, the [[HalloweenEpisode Halloween-themed]] episode, "Scary Godparents" [[AvertedTrope averts this]] by not being an abysmally scary episode, even given the subjectivity of the trope. The series has, however, other instances in which it's bound to catch you off-guard. For example, the ending of "Beddy Bye" has what is probably ''the absolutely worst GrossUpCloseUp in the history of Western Animation EVER'', even topping [[SpongeBobSquarePants Squidward's]] [[MemeticMutation famous "sure" glare]]. And then there's the "That's life" episode. One ''hell'' of a ZombieApocalypse. However, if you combine FridgeHorror with GoryDiscretionShot, the result you get is "Timmy's 2D House of Horror". It's named after TheSimpsons HalloweenEpisode series, [[HighOctaneNightmareFuel and for GOOD REASON!]] Some of its lines say it all.

** And there's ''[[NothingIsScarier "Just The Two Of Us"]]'', where Trixie goes '''[[{{Yandere}} BATSHIT]]'''.
** In another episode, because of Timmy travelling to the past to prevent his dad from winning a race and thus Timmy's mom, this results in a dystopian future in which Dad becomes a creepy StepfordSmiler to cope with his loss and forces everyone else to be one as well, whom he calls his "children".
** The sequence where Crocker had his memory erased as a child. Brr.

Same episode.

*** [[spoiler:Though since Jorgan willing wishes him back into existence at the end once he's learned his lesson, it might be that he was trying to make Timmy realize how selfish he was and that he should do things for the good of others. Which is a fairly solid aesop.]]
**** Another unfriendly aesop from that episode was that Timmy was doing nice things for everyone. Making his parents yard look nice, painting a set all by himself, giving AJ a new computer, etc. His parents didn't like it because that day there was a contest for the worst yard, and although Timmy should have known that, the others were just ridiculous. The paint was a shade off, the computer was 5 seconds out of date, blah blah blah. Even though Timmy used magic, they didn't know that, so from their point of view, Timmy did hours and hours of hard work and they slap him in the face for stupid reasons. Even though Timmy needed to learn a lesson about charity, they needed to learn a lesson about being grateful, but Timmy was treated as the only one in the wrong.

* {{Woolseyism}}: In the Brazilian dub, the episode where Cosmo, who is voiced by Guilherme Briggs, the Brazilian NorioWakamoto, gives birth to Poof (ItMakesSenseInContext), he grabs Timmy by the collar and yells: "PEDE PRA SAIR! PEDE PRA SAIR!" ("ASK TO GET! ASK TO GET OUT!"). This is a reference to the MemeticMutation of the movie TheEliteSquad (which, by the way, it's not kid-friendly, but this didn't impede the line to become a meme) and arguably a CMOA for Brazilian voice acting (the original line of the movie is more properly translated as "Ask to quit!" but in Portuguese the word "sair" can mean both cases).
