* AlternateCharacterInterpretation: The Oracle of Delphius is actually the true big bad of the show. 1) Oracle has amazing powers and could have killed Robotnik in his own bedroom as shown in a flashback in the first episode. 2) Oracle instead gives Robotnik the heads up about the prophecy and that is what gets Robotnik to start looking for the trio. 3) If he hadn't directed the trio in the first episode to meet at a public place then their foster parents would have been safe and not turned into robots. So the Oracle is going with a 'I'll finish off whoever is left in the end.' It is probably just poor writing BUT the show was cut short so it isn't impossible.

** In another episode, Sonic asks for a dance while looking Sonia's direction. She accepts, but then he says he was talking to Manic, and the two begin slow dancing. The pair had a surprising amount of this.

Quoting Love It Or Hate It last paragraph: \"Please only add examples that are presented In-universe. When it comes to this trope in Real Life, this descriptor applies to literally everything. No matter how universal the affection for something may seem, there is someone, somewhere who doesn\'t care for it. The only way to cover all the possible examples would be to write \"Everything ever, to some extent\", so Real Life examples aren\'t necessary. \"

* LoveItOrHateIt: Some people hate the series for its sheer detachment of the series from the source material or other well-made adaptations (or on what they feel are its own terrible merits), some find it SoBadItsGood, and others just like it.
