* BrokenBase: While people have a nostalgic fondness for it, there's still debate even today on whether or not the show was just as strong as the rest of the original line up of ''Cartoon Cartoons'', or if it was below the quality standard of the other shows at the time. Much of it comes down to the shows humor, which largely relied on wordplay cutaway gags and lighthearted absurdity, which seems to be a LoveItOrHateIt take for many.

Removing Flame Bait.

* WhatAnIdiot: There's quite a few examples of very poor judgement exhibited by various characters, but a special mention goes to the two guards of the sultan in "Belle of the Baah", who decide that it would be a great idea to play baseball using sultan's priceless giant diamond. The sultan isn't much better, considering that he agrees to this (even if after a little bit of convincing) instead of berating the two and firing them on the spot. And then at the end of the episode, they decide to do it ''again''.

* TooBleakStoppedCaring: While it wasn't without its fans when it was airing, part of the reason the show didn't take off was because the amount of abuse and misfortune that Sheep endures every episode was considered off-putting by some (considering Sheep is barely anthropomorphic).
