The former phrasing, in view of the ridiculous mishandling of the case by the authorities (even today they\'re obviously seeking to convict him on the highest possible charges regardless of how it actually happened, so that any trial he\'d get in Los Angeles County would basically be a Kangaroo Court) is rather harsh, so I changed it to be less accusatory.
