** RinRin's death scene can be viewed as this, just because of how genuinely & unnecessaryily cruel it can be to some viewers.

Added DiffLines:

* UnintentionallyUnsympathetic: Jack Cayman, as a lot of the ways he can kill enemies seem just plain inhumane, like shoving five poles into them, then beating them up to the point of near death, then finishing them off by violently swinging them around and tossing them into a meat grinder while they're barely alive as an example. It doesn't help that the worst that the enemies do is turn Jack into LudicrousGibs, and that Jack shows no remorse for his actions, plus some of the finishers for the boss characters, can come across as giving them humiliating and cruel deaths for no reason.

** The Castle Dungeon forces you to battle zombies and gardeners in a tight confined series of tunnels with few unique ways to kill them and little room to escape. Plus, the level's challenge (stick the GiantMook with five candlesticks) is a pain to pull off. And Big Long Driller is constantly appearing out of nowhere to give you pain (you can't kill him in this level, you can only make him go away for a while). And it ends with Frank.
*** Actually you can kill Big Long Driller in the dungeon, he just takes a lot of punishment. It takes five candle sticks, a torch (does really good damage), over a dozen chainsaw swipes, and several power struggles. It's doable but it will take you a while.
