* CreatorsPet: Miles, as has been noted several times already.
** The "Learning Curves" bonus comic was apparently supposed to show that Miles actually had some bad experiences and was once a loving genuine NiceGuy in a relationship who then lost the girl and became bitter. Unfortunately, since the bad experiences weren't actually that bad, and he pretty much neglected the girl and took her for granted as a friend with benefits right from the start, for most it just served to reinforce the perception that all he had was {{Wangst}} and that he was still dodging responsibility for his own screwups.
** This trope is beginning to happen in the main comic as well. SK keeps trying to find new ways to put Miles in the spotlight and make him seem a lot nicer and more likeable than he actually is, when all he's doing is confirming the idea that Miles is nothing more than a lecherous, arrogant, somewhat delusional JerkAss, and actually causing more readers to dislike or hate Miles.

* MartyStu: Minos is often seen as one by fans. Miles too, though he's closer to TheWesley.

* ShillingTheWesley: Arguably the whole point of the "Learning Curves" bonus comic. It was apparently supposed to show that Miles actually had some bad experiences and was once a loving genuine NiceGuy in a relationship who then lost the girl and became bitter. **** YourMileageMayVary with that one--some people find that scene downright disturbing. As easy as it may be to forget, Sarah's a grown woman. Asking another grown woman no more than 7 years her senior to be her mommy. Yeah.
***** Well for all (or at least general) intents and purposes (apart from fanservice) Sarah ''is'' a [[ManChild child.]]

* FetishFuel: Let's begin with the fact that Las Lindas is a furry fanservice comic that occasionally borders on becoming softcore porn and stars a cow with massive breasts, and work our way from there.
* FetishFuelStationAttendant: [[http://www.katbox.net/gallery/index.php/Chalo/Las-Lindas-Bust-Chart/Las-Lindas-Bust-Chart Have a look at the bust chart and take your pick.]]

** YourMileageMayVary--this troper found it obvious that the status quo of this comic would never be shaken up, since it never has been. Mora's comically off-model anatomy and the obvious "fanservice shot" angle don't help much either.

** Rachael also gets a disturbing amount of this, usually on the forum, and usually from people who hate her and call her a selfish heartless whore who deserves crippling injuries, life-threatening illnesses, or even death, and people who desperately want her shoehorned into a dysfunctional relationship with Miles and endlessly insist that she's a weak-willed {{Tsundere}} who loves [[JerkAss Jerk Asses]] and only pretends to love guys like Minos.

As Rachsel has previously given every indication of absolutely despising guys like Miles, this trope is in full effect as she's steadily [[{{Flanderization}} Flanderized]] into a fairly stereotypical {{Tsundere}} to facilitate their pairing.

** Taffy, by a long shot, considering that she's popular enough to win practically every positive poll on the official website regardless of the category, including the poll about which character would you like to see have their own spin off series from the main cast.

* CharacterDerailment: This is the only way to describe Sarah's fall from adorably naive and childish to downright stupid and ridiculously gullible.
** Which is particularly sad, because one of the subplots of that particular arc was [[{{CharacterDevelopment}} her trying to become more independent and mature.]] The {{Irony}} isn't lost.

* AlternateCharacterInterpretation: Pretty much everyone, but Miles gets a special mention. His creator and hardcore fans take the interpretation of him being a poor abused NiceGuy who never catches a break, while everyone else thinks he's a whiny sexist JerkAss.

* CrowningMomentOfAwesome: Taffy [[spoiler: dumping Mile's ass after he flat out called her a whore, along with throwing a bowl of punch on him.]]
** Not to mention not too long after Miles comes across Minos and sardonically asks him if he'll give him a speech. [[spoiler: He gets a punch to the gut instead.]]
** [[http://laslindas.katbox.net/?p=549 Tiare telling Miles exactly what he needs to hear.]] [[{{TakeThatScrappy}} Are you seeing a pattern?]]
** Early on in the first arc, as Mora is [[spoiler: desperately trying to find Minos again]] she comes across the thugs that nearly raped her earlier. [[spoiler: She takes them out without stopping.]]
** In the beginning after Mora [[spoiler: used Miles for cheap sex and literally threw him away at the same time she verbally abused him (telling him how mediocre in bed and worthless as a man he was) because Minos was averse to being manipulated by her, he (Minos) calmy tells her how horrible of a person she is and leaves.]] That had to burn.
* CrowningMomentOfFunny: [[http://laslindas.katbox.net/?p=537 Comic 267]]. Nothing like a bit of lighthearted ComedicSociopathy to lighten the mood left by a rather [[CerebusSyndrome cerebusy]] arc.
** Comic 170 - [[http://laslindas.katbox.net/?p=343 "Wardrobe Malfunction"]] - nets Miles one for his suggestion to Alejandra in the last frame.
** [[http://laslindas.katbox.net/?p=113 Minos meets Sarah.]]
** [[http://laslindas.katbox.net/?p=557 "You can see the aliens too?!"]]
** [[http://laslindas.katbox.net/?p=651 "I'm busy being a lesbian, okay?!"]]
*** For such a serious arc, [[http://laslindas.katbox.net/?p=661 Building an Empire can be quite funny.]]
* CrowningMomentOfHeartwarming: Many, depending on who you ask.
** [[http://laslindas.katbox.net/?p=261 Mora fixing the little cow figurine]] [[{{WhatDoYouMeanItsNotSymbolic}} she broke]].
** [[http://laslindas.katbox.net/?p=551 Taffy comforting Sarah]].
*** "Will you be my mommy?"
** [[http://laslindas.katbox.net/?p=641 Tootsie and Alej's little party.]] [[{{VillainsOutShopping}} Too cute.]]
** [[http://laslindas.katbox.net/?p=603 This]] strip, after Tiare asks Mora what she learned from this whole ordeal. Even the most cold-hearted person has to find this at least somewhat touching.
** [[http://laslindas.katbox.net/?p=331 Peaceful Gesture.]] The best part is showing how Mora has developed from a [[{{JerkAss}} harsh, uncaring person who would much rather beat the crap out of someone then try to reconcile things]] to an almost TeamMom who genuinely cares for her {{Nakama}} and would be willing to try and become friends with Alej again.

* FanNickname: Chalosan, [=SoulKat=], and ID_Fox are sometimes referred to as either "the Katbox Krew" or "the Big Three".
* FetishFuel: Let's begin with the fact that Las Lindas is a furry fanservice comic that occasionally borders on becoming softcore porn and stars a cow with massive breasts, and work our way from there.

* MagnificentBastard: Ambar will ALWAYS win. And she will ALWAYS do it with a condescending smile on her face.
* MartyStu: Minos is often seen as one by fans. Miles too, though he's closer to TheWesley.
* MemeticMutation: Messiah's "Scandalous!", arguably.
** And Randal's "Fabulous!", inarguably.

* TakeThatScrappy: [[http://laslindas.katbox.net/?p=549 Tiare says what we're all thinking.]] You think Soulkat reads this page?
** Actually, he did find out about this page a while back. He was [[{{Understatement}} not happy]].
*** And then someone did a Take That, Scrappy to ''[[http://www.katbox.net/forum/index.php?topic=4728.msg124966#msg124966 him]]''.
*** Quickly turning into a CrowningMomentOfAwesome when Soulkat owns up to that poster's well-thought out, laser-guided critique and ID remarks that he's "impressed."

** Neither Rachael nor Minos handled it any better.

** During the comic's early days, a number of gags were centered around the farm's well. The same well was recently the center of a rather [[TearJerker heartrending]] scene.* GannonBanned: Soul Kat has a big BerserkButton related to this trope due to so many people screwing up Davin Preacher's name, instead calling him Devin. Similarly, it's Rachael, not Racheal or Rachel, and Sarah, not Sara.
