* JerkSue: Mora treads around this territory every so often. She commits a laundry-list of wrongful actions-including three counts blackmail (She forces Miles, Sarah, and Rachel into working for her Or Else; Miles' "Else" being charged with Solicitation of Sex and the girls with vandalism.) Three counts enslavement (Miles is forced to work for free; the girls are indentured servants). Three counts of Assault-and-Battery (she bludgeons Miles unconscious with a saucepan, pours hot tea down his crotch, and punches Alejandra in the face). Two counts emotional abuse (she makes fun of Minos' lack of artistic ability fairly cruelly and berates Miles for his lack of sexual prowess). One count of brawling (she and Rachel get into a fistfight). This all somehow triggers a [[WebComic/{{Prequel}} Good Luck Feedback Cascade]], and the ultimate result is her getting set for life; although her character has developed into a somewhat better person.

** [[http://laslindas.katbox.net/archive/afterglow/ Digit completely got both Mora's wish to see Taffy and Randal "do it" AND the cum joke.]] The latter of which she grinned and laughed at. She's supposed to be the equivalent of a prepubescent child and she's already becoming a second Mora. [[UnfortunateImplications And some fans are disturbingly pleased by this.]] Yeah.
*** [[http://laslindas.katbox.net/archive/special-occasion/ And now we know why she got it.]] Digit is connected to Mora to such a degree that she knows and feels when Mora has sex. Digit, who for all intents and purposes is a prepubescent child of about 10 to 12 or so, KNOWS AND FEELS WHEN MORA HAS SEX. WHY DOES SHE HAVE THIS FEATURE? And to make matters worse, she's visibly discomforted by it.

** About the only way to take the UnfortunateImplications out is to assume that Digit and Phi, being technically a separate "species" from both Primes and humans, are actually OlderThanTheyLook when it comes to mental age vs. physical age in at least '''some''' areas.

* BaseBreaker: Geecku. Almost immediately after her introduction, some people loved her, and others completely railed against her, arguing that she's a one note GenkiGirl whose (so far) only main trait is [[ReallyGetsAround her extensive sex life]]. Some critics also decry how her suffering no consequences for trashing Mora's kitchen is "unrealistic". Nevermind this series has never been big on realism in the first place.

** Rachael also gets a disturbing amount of this, usually on the forum, and usually from people who hate her and call her a selfish, heartless whore who deserves crippling injuries, life-threatening illnesses- or even death- and people who desperately want her shoehorned into a dysfunctional relationship with Miles; the latter group insists that she's actually a weak-willed {{Tsundere}} who loves [[JerkAss Jerk Asses]] and only pretends to love guys like Minos.

* CanonSue: Mora to a growing number of readers. [[spoiler:Apparently she's on her way to being a God-Mode Sue as well, as she's essentially become completely invincible, inhumanly strong and unnaturally fortunate, her father has turned out to be some kind of powerful demonic being, it's been revealed that Digit is a "sacred spirit", the rarest and most special kind of nanozell spirit, virtually every character but Rachael agrees with everything she says and does, and she's very clearly never leaving Minos, and as we've seen with Kayin and Grace, normal people who marry Crests somehow gain immortality.]] The authors outright state that no lasting harm will ever come to her.

* AlternateCharacterInterpretation:
** Pretty much everyone, but Miles gets a special mention. His creator and fans (both hardcore and casual) take a different interpretation of him; being a JerkassWoobie who constantly receives DisproportionateRetribution; while the other side thinks he's a [[CasanovaWannabe self-absorbed]] {{JerkAss}} who's always [[CreatorsPet stealing the spotlight]].

* BrokenBase: Mostly aligned along specific character lines. The Taffy/Miles incident mentioned below is one, the Rachael/Mora rivalry is another, and Miles is practically one all by himself. * DarknessInducedAudienceApathy: Inverted. Everything's just going to keep Turning Up Millhouse for Linda and co. [[KarmaHoudini karma be buggered]] (see JerkSue below), so there isn't a point to reading this series.

* HoYayShipping: The forums turned Randal's apparent metrosexuality into a running gag where he's actually gay...and the favorite fan pairing for him was with Miles. It got to the point where an April Fools strip was produced that depicted the two naked together in bed.

** Female examples:
*** Played with in the {{Fanservice}} arc "Breasts Are the Best" between [[strike:Taffy]] Ria and Rachael.
*** Joked about in the main comic [[http://laslindas.katbox.net/index.php?strip_id=224 here]]
*** Also, Alejandra and Tootsie's relationship; unlike the above example, this one is actually canon, though it's also played with in "Breasts Are the Best".

** Also, anything involving [=SoulKat=] [[{{Bowdlerise}} Bowdlerizing]] content - the Bust Chart images, for example, started off as the LL girls in lingerie/underwear, but slowly moved into having them in less revealing outfits (or even their regular comic outfits). When tribal girl Ailana wasn't drawn topless ''despite having been topless in two consecutive pages of the bonus comic she appeared in'', fans both on the forums and off complained about the Bowdlerization of the Bust Chart, and many believe [=SoulKat=] is the one responsible for this.

** [=SoulKat=] has apparently decided out of the blue that Miles and Rachael need to be shoved together as soon as possible, with little other than [=ID=] holding him back from doing it within a few pages. The part with Miles showing Rachael his junked plane, with Rachael reacting inexplicably well to Miles calling her pet-names and sharing his responsibility-dodging dreams with her, was the ''toned down'' version--the original, according to [=ID=], was filled with juvenile flirting and completely unsubtle double-entendres from both characters. As Rachael has previously given every indication of absolutely ''despising'' guys like Miles, and as Miles has not shown a single sign of miraculously becoming the type of man she'd want to spend her life with, this trope is in full effect as she's steadily [[{{Flanderization}} Flanderized]] into a stereotypical {{Tsundere}} to facilitate their pairing.

* MemeticSexGoddess: This apparently applies to most of the females in the comic, but [[GoodBadGirl Mora]], [[RichBitch Alejandra]], [[TeamMom Taffy]] and [[BrokenBird Rachael]] stand out the most in this area.
