** Saul Karath is so bad, it's hard to tell which way he's being derailed. [[spoiler:When Malak announces his intention to destroy Taris, Saul weakly protests, citing among other things, the fact that they'd be killing millions of innocent people. Yet when Carth confronts him with his betrayal and subsequent bombing of his home planet Telos which resulted in the death of his wife, Karath coldly tells him that civilian deaths are necessary at war.]] The writers must have suffered from severe communication problems.
*** [[spoiler:To be fair, Taris was a planet completely covered by a city, and had Sith troops deployed on the surface, whereas Telos was just a regular planet with a few cities. [[EvenEvilHasStandards Billions died on Taris, millions died on Telos]]. Not to mention no one is at war with Taris when it is bombed.]]
** Zez-Kai Ell and Kavar [[spoiler:suddenly turn into Vrook's sycophants during the Light Side Jedi Council scene]]. Kavar you might just barely believe, since he doesn't seem that torn up about your exile the first time. Zez-Kai Ell, on the other hand, [[spoiler:seems genuinely remorseful about the Council's rash actions at the start, making his sudden conversion to a hard-liner that much more ridiculous]].
** Even Vrook between the first and second games. Play things through fully lightsided in the first game and it's quite easy to earn Vrook's respect and he will compliment you without hesitation. In the second game, ''nothing'' you do is good enough for him. One could say his attitude is different because he's dealing with different characters, but then again, one could easily say he's fallen prey to {{Flanderization}}.

* DemonicSpiders: The terentatek. To wit, they almost never miss, even with a high defense, hit hard enough to kill your character in about five hits, have a chance at Force pushing you, poisoning you, and are resistant (but thankfully not immune) to Force powers

It is implied that he is so far gone beyond humanity that he is closer to an {{Eldritch Abomination}}. The [[VillainProtagonist player character]] can be played as one, if you go Dark Side.
* DemonicSpiders: The terentatek.

* {{Narm}}: If you take your party members' items from them before rotating to a new group (which is generally recommended to keep idle members from hogging the good gear), you can be treated to the ridiculous sight of characters having serious conversations in their underwear. You can put them in the default "Clothing" armor to keep them respectable, but it's a lot easier to just select "None" and call it a day.

** Zez-Kai Ell and Kavar [[spoiler:suddenly turn into Vrook's sycophants during the Light Side Jedi Council scene.

** Mission's Brother Griff, who is not so much evil as a scumbag.
** Jedi Master Atris,
** Visquis the wannabe Crime Boss.

* {{Squick}}: If the male exile flirts with Mira, she expresses such due to the age gap (odd, as except for Atton the other 3 possible love interests are only 2 years older according to WordOfGod)
** She confirms it's more of an emotional age than physical age, saying that the Exile has been through so much as to seem old. She does note that he obviously still looks good and "takes care of his body." She finally says that the Handmaiden and Visas are already fighting over him, and she doesn't want to deal with the drama.

* MemeticBadass: Among many fans, Revan can beat anyone. ''Anyone.'' Just google Revan into Google Images, and you will get at least 5 Demotivational posters saying "Revan. Because Vader was a pansy."

** Objective Assessment: HK-47 is far more interesting than any meatbag.

* DirtyCoward: When Saul is in charge, he's a textbook definition of a SmugSnake. When Malak's around, he's reduced to a stammering wimp of a man.

** TierInducedScrappy: In addition to the above, gameplay wise he's a much weaker character and the bonuses (very minor compared to the handmaidens wisdom to AC) he give are far inferior to what Handmaiden can give.

** LawfulEvil: Canderous, HK-47, Saul, GO-TO

** ChaoticEvil: Calo, Hanharr

* CompleteMonster: Darth Malak qualifies big time. So does Darth Nihilus in the [[ItGotWorse sequel]]. He [[PersonOfMassDestruction devours whole planets without a second thought]]. * SmugSnake: The games are filled with these. There is Mission's Brother Griff, who is not so much evil as a scumbag. There is Jedi Master Atris, there is Visquis the wannabe Crime Boss.
