* BrokenBase: Five years in WWE and opinions were still divided on her. Specifically her proper push in the year 2011. Half the base felt Kelly Kelly was fine as a MsFanservice but should not have been pushed as a legit title contender. Others felt she was improved enough and was incredibly over enough to warrant a push - especially since her matches with Beth Phoenix were at least given more time and attention than normally afforded to the Divas at the time.

* EnsembleDarkhorse: Particularly visible during 2008 and 2009. When they were pushing Candice, the crowds cared more about Kelly Kelly. Then in a match at Bragging Rights when she was teaming with the very over Melina, the crowd was chanting for her to get into the match and popped loudly when she was tagged in. She's now easily the most popular diva they have.
** AmericansHateTingle: Smarks on the other hand Hatedom absolutely despise her.

* DesignatedHero: Well, more like Designated Damsel, but during the exhibitionist gimmick in ECW, Mike Knox was featured as her "jealous overprotective boyfriend". He was a bit of a jerkass, sure, and the "revealing dame covered by a jealous flame" routine has been done before plenty of times in wrestling, but when it got to the part where she started openly crushing on Wrestling/CMPunk and then trying to strip for him, one couldn't help but consider the implications and feel sorry for Knox.

* BestKnownForTheFanservice: Her exhibitionist days and semi-nude pictorials are what most remember her for.

** FridgeBrilliance? Mike Knox would usually interrupt her segments before her bra was removed. She could have been stalling for time if Knox missed his cue

Fan Dumb & Hate Dumb are now part of Flame Bait. Only in-universe examples are allowed.

* HateDumb: For years fans on the internet would say that any indie female that gets signed would end up "jobbing to Kelly Kelly". This is ignoring the fact that Kelly was the resident face jobber for all of her career except her 2011 Divas' title push. Before then the only person she could consistently beat was Wrestling/JillianHall...though Jillian was probably who people were thinking of when making that statement.

* CriticalResearchFailure[=/=]DumbBlonde[=/=]She Just Didn't Care: In an interview in Maxim Magazine in November 2011, she talked about doing Wrestling/Rikishi's Stinkface move, which she called her best move, though she called him "Rafiki", and said that he does the move in a diaper. Rikishi wore a wahashi. Also, at the time, she worked with Rikishi's sons, Wrestling/TheUsos. This sparked much online ridicule.

** But then, the fact that she had a career in WWE at all could be considered a Critical Research Failure, or, more accurately, bad research, since Wrestling/JohnLaurinaitis found her and Wrestling/AliciaFox in the same swimsuit catalog.

** However, the fact that WWE is using "The Queen of Wrestling" Sara Del Rey as a trainer would seem to validate this.

** In fact after her release, Taryn Terell stated in an interview that she wouldn't want to return to the WWE because she didn't want to have to sleep around in order to get a push. Considering Kelly's angle with Drew McIntyre was originally her idea...

* CowboyBebopAtHisComputer: One article suggested that the Diva matches are restricted to 2 minutes to cover for the inexperienced workers and listed Kelly as one of them. Right, at that point she'd been in WWE for six years and wrestling actively for four. Regardless of the quality of wrestling, anyone who's been doing it actively for four years knows what they're doing, as a glance at her longer matches will confirm.

* HarsherInHindsight: The backstage segment where Kane threatens her and asks her if there's someone else, to which she nods and starts crying might be hard to watch for someone with the knowledge that she was dating Andrew "Test" Martin at the time and he would die in a few weeks after that segment aired.
