** Mileina Vashti [[spoiler:declaring her love for Tieria, regardless of his physical form]], was one of the most heartwarming moments in the movie. People in the theater collectively went "d'aww!" and laughed at [[OverprotectiveDad Ian's]] reaction [[HilarityEnsues following this moment]] Even Setsuna of all people couldn't help but smile.

** If you think about it, the message was probably directed at Setsuna more than the audience.
** While force may be necessary at times, blindly responding with force against something you can't understand or comprehend is just liable to make things worse. Setsuna's perceived pacifism in this film makes a lot more sense when you realize that all his like he's been fighting against enemies who he can actually communicate and engage in dialogue with, and the ELS, in comparison, are a completely alien life form whose motives he can't discern at all. Meanwhile, the EFS responding to them with force, while understandable, ended up with them getting slaughtered by the ELS when they defended themselves in turn, only stopping when their actual dialogue with Setsuna revealed the harm their actions were causing.

* HolyShitQuotient: '''''IF''''' you can actually keep track of what's happening during the battles, your jaw will be on the floor the whole time. Even then, it's still mind-boggling how much action they managed to fit on the screen. Each battle tops the previous one in terms of sheer intensity.

* CrazyAwesome: Anything with Hallelujah is guaranteed to be this, but this time he gets '''''GN Scissor Bits''''' to play around with.

The end result is called "Final Mission ~ Quantum Burst", and its not only eight minutes of pure concentrated awesome but also the movie's cue for the Meisters to [[AutobotsRockOut hand the ELS their collective asses]]. * ContestedSequel: You can roughly break reaction to the film into 3 groups: Those who love it unconditionally, those who think it's a blight on Gundam as a whole, and those who agree that, thematically and action-wise it's very fitting, but ultimately flawed film that does not live up to it's hype yet isn't a write-off either. Currently, the last group seems to be the largest.

* SugarWiki/FunnyMoments: The [[ShowWithinAShow movie spoofing the events of the series proper]], which manages to fake you out until Alejandro Corner shows up, the 00 Gundam starts doing dramatic hand motions, and the Gundams all have [[AllYourColorsCombined unique Trans-Am colors, which they combine to fire a huge beam]]. After watching it, when finally alone, Saji states (with a bit of disappointment) that he wasn't in the movie.
** During said ShowWithinAShow, for a split second one can see that the sub captain of the Katharon ship is a bear.
