** Tim, the manager of Burger [=McFlipster's=], is a {{downplayed|Trope}} example. He establishes a strict, vaguely antagonistic rapport with Wayne right from the start of their interview (leading Wayne into trick questions and [[DeadpanSnarker dryly snipping back]] when he falls for them by answering honestly), but he ends up establishing himself to be a perfectly ReasonableAuthorityFigure. He is very strict and blunt on the standards he expects his employees to uphold, but is ultimately fair.

* ReasonableAuthorityFigure: Tim, Wyatt's boss at Burger McFlipsters, where he works for the rest of the show, is one of the few bosses in the show who actually cares about his employees or his business. When Wyatt deviates from the usual burger songs the employees are supposed to sing, and creates made up catchy songs, Tim actually likes his methods and encourages him to keep doing it. When he catches Wyatt storing Caitlin's dress, he teaches him how to dance instead of asking questions. When the Bickersons start driving away customers and threatening the business, he fully agrees with Wyatt that they have to go and allows him to fire them.

Eventually, he does find out it's broken... and simply shrugs it off and [[MundaneSolution offers to get a new one without hassle]], since replacing deprecated equipment is ''his'' job, with Caitlin getting her bonus anyway.

These examples are just the show's reality ensuing without defying any unrealistic norms for the genre, so they don't fit.

* SurprisinglyRealisticOutcome:
** When someone finds a cockroach in their meal, they promptly report it to Ron the Rent-a-Cop, who in turn gets the Board of Public Health. Ron proceeds to tell Jude about all the safety regulations he violated, and subsequently fires Jude over the incident, while stating that he won't work in food services again.
** In "The Khaki Girl", Jude forgets to plug in the fridge for the the Roast Burkey Chunklet meat. As a result, the meat gets rotten, and results in a [[VomitChainReaction brutal vomiting]] and [[TheFoodPoisoningIncident sickness epidemic]] breaking out across the mall. Jonesy is promptly fired and Ron the Rent-a-Cop says that the mall could be under investigation for food poisoning.
** When Jonesy gets fired, it's usually for a valid reason. While the show usually makes it either funny or paints the boss as unreasonable, Jonesy either goes blatantly against job safety norms or abuses or insults the customers, which is a fireable offence.
** In the b-plot to "The Wedding Destroyers," the clones accuse Nikki of stealing stuff from the Khaki Barn without any proof. They even go as far as to have Ron the Rent-a-Cop follow Nikki everywhere, even ''into the bathroom.'' Nikki finally snaps and quits her job. As soon as she leaves though, the real culprit, little Stanley, comes in with all the stuff he stole and is forced by his mother to apologize. The clones then find Nikki and try to apologize. Nikki, of course, doesn't accept their apology and threatens to call the head office and tell them that the clones have been harassing her. She only changes her mind when Chrissy offers to give her three extra breaks.

Nikki, who is snarky and insociable, becomes kinder and more talkative, but has wild mood swings that cause her to shift between overjoyed and sorrowful states. ''6teen'' lasted from November 2004 to February 2010, with four seasons and a total of 93 episodes. The series was a co-production between Creator/{{Nelvana}} and Creator/FreshTV, being the latter company's very first series. It aired on Creator/{{Teletoon}} in Canada, becoming one of the channel's most popular and long-running series during its time on air. Broadcasting in the United States was originally handled by Creator/{{Nickelodeon}} in 2005, but they dropped the show quite quickly afterwards. The show was then picked up by Creator/CartoonNetwork in 2008 in response to the success of Fresh TV's second series ''WesternAnimation/TotalDrama'' (part of a general trend of Canadian imports rising to prominence on the channel at the time). But despite its flagship status for Teletoon throughout most of the 2000s, the show little success stateside, in part due to heavy editing from American censors (although it still managed to develop its own American fanbase).
