* Not 100% confirmed to be Old (though the beefier build implies it), but yes, it is confirmed that Doc is still in the underwater prison at the same moment.

[[WMG: That's not the actual Doc at the door.]]
It's Old disguising himself as the doc for some reason. Actual Doc is still stuck in the underwater prison pod. Perhaps Radical sent Old to make Doc's family think he was okay so they wouldn't try going off to look for him/break him out of underwater jail.

* Let's keep in mind that Chuck Goodrich actually helped all his other alternate selves save the world multiple times by taking simple steps, being rational, talking to people, and ultimately doing so peacefully. It's the one time the Doc took charge and tried to save the world in an over the top, needlessly complicated, and yet awesome way by infiltrating NASA to launch into space to fire a nuke at an approaching dinosaur scout which would initiate an invasion plot (instead of just warning anybody at NASA about the oncoming danger) that things went to hell and the future was doomed [[spoiler: because he punched an astronaut in spite of warnings not to]]. So if you think about it, Chuck already saved the future multiple times in completely ordinary ways while the Doctor screwed it up trying to be radical. And not even King Radical with all his radical-ness was able to stop it, either. It took a version of him being completely ordinary taking completely boring steps to solve world crisis after world crisis.

[[WMG: The Dr.'s Final Thoughts will become plot relevant!]]
The Dr. says that he can see everything during these moments, and Victor's words suggested that they might still be taking place in story despite breaking the 4th wall.
[[WMG: Old [=McNinja=] will give up the Dr.'s true name]]
The Dr.'s true name has long been a plot point, it is confirmed that Old still knows it, and he currently works for the Dr.'s ArchEnemy. If the Dr. becomes too much of a thorn in Radical's side, he might reveal it to give the Dr. another problem to deal with in the form of an unsealed ghost wizard.

[[WMG: King Radical wants to find the time portal the native Chucks use.]]
King Radical's original, more conveniently located portal was destroyed by overusing it. And without that, he has no means of saving his homeworld. But we are also aware of at least 1 other portal. The portal the Chucks of the Dr.'s universe use, which is located somewhere in outer space. And King Radical recently announced increased funding for [=NASA=] due to how cool space is.

[[WMG: There's a reason there has been no Chuck Goodrich to go back in time to stop King Radical.]]
It's because King Radical is the Chuck Goodrich from the future where Dr. McNinja defeats him. The future being created in this comic as we speak. But it's boring, so future Chuck ends up in Radical Land, becomes King Radical, and initiates all of the events in the comic in what will become a time loop.

Come on, it's been played with and poked at often enough, especially by King Radical himself about the Doc not being "rad" enough. Truth is, he doesn't have to be. You can't out-rad Radical, he's the freaking King of Radical Land. Being Radical is what he is. It's actually all he is. As [[http://www.drmcforum.com/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=529#p76258 this post on the Unofficial Dr. McNinja Forum]] points out, Radical and the Radical Lands have everything "awesome" for the sake of being "awesome" without any limit or foil. So Doc will defeat King Radical in an ironic fashion by doing so in a most "unradical" way. Possibly calling back into the ninja vs doctor dilemma he had to face in the earlier stages of the comic and having him defeat Radical as a plain old ordinary doctor. Insult to injury.

So far, King Radical has been a foil for the Doc, being even more extreme in methods and intent than the Doc, but without any care or concern for others who will be harmed in the process for the sake of achieving that extreme. [[WMG: Doc will be considered a Public Enemy #1.]]
There's no doubt that he will escape his prison. But with King Radical in charge and being hailed as a hero, the Doc's attempts to stop him will only make him out to be the bad guy to the public at large of this new King Radical-run nation. We already had a [[http://drmcninja.com/archives/comic/21p05/ brief glance into the future]] that showed the Doc alone and outnumbered. And so far, just about everyone has at one point or another sided with King Radical or hand waved Doc's vendetta against him as petty or in the wrong. This will be the ultimate situation for the Doc and the worst case scenario that will require him to take off his mask--either to be able to defeat him or as a means of faking his death (again) to deal with the aftermath.

[[WMG: The good doctor is actually female]]
Hiding his (sticking with he because that's what's used by everyone anyway) gender would explain the breakup with Hortense (he broke up with her because of IncompatibleOrientation, or being unable to explain the specifics) and the fact he's heavily implied to be a virgin at the end of the "Gets Radical" arc. It would also make Dan's "second daughter" quip {{foreshadowing}} and make [[http://drmcninja.com/archives/comic/17p88/ Franz's big reveal more interesting]].

[[WMG: It is an established fact that John McNinja sealed away young Dr.McNinja's true name to seal an angry Ghost Wizard from cursing and killing Dr.McNinja.
