*** [[spoiler: Confirmed and then some. He completely switches outfits, mask included, with a nearby [=Mook=] to trick his pursuer, then-acting-president Franz Raynor, long enough to sneak off and save the true president (confirming that he is, in fact, a bad enough dude), then renounces the ninja way to become a full-time doctor.]]

Where has **she** been this entire arc, which is supposed to tie up every loose end? And how much you want to bet that [[spoiler: Radical had a fallback plan in case [=McNinja=] succeeded in getting the President back]]?

The thing to remember too, is that this whole arc has been about [[BreakTheHaughty breaking McNinja's spirit for being an asshole this entire series]]. It would be fitting that [[spoiler:Radical set it up so that [=McNinja=] would be forced to kill Hortense, the one girl he had any sense of...intimacy toward, so that even if he wins, he still loses **hard**]]. Moreover, I wouldn't put it past Hastings to do something even more painful, such as [[spoiler:making [=McNinja=] hesitate, forcing Gordito to make the kill]].

*{{Jossed}}. It's basically a scene from the closing arc, after [[spoiler:Dr. [=McNinja=] kills King Radical, and Frans seizes power and immediately moves to kill him by drone]].

It also seems rather odd that [=McNinja=] [[spoiler:brings back Gordito's uncle]]. I wouldn't be surprised if, like in Death Volley, [[spoiler: she does a sneak-attack assassination using the uncle's revolvers]]. Wouldn't be surprising in the least.

Of course, [[spoiler:killing Hortense]] wouldn't necessarily be that hard on him in a normal circumstance. But given how much has happened to him this closing act, it could be the tipping point.

* Jossed. He doesn't need to betray King Radical, because Doc does the deed for him.
