* Tele-zombie
** Only appears before huge waves, and move slowly towards your home with a hige amount of health. Once it gets close ( 5th lane from house), 8t will drop a teleporter gate, walk through, and vanish. Zombies will appear where the teleporter is placed in that lane until it is destroyed. (Teleporter has average health, and cannot spawn gargantuars.)

[[WMG:At the end of the first game, the player died]]
We blatantly see one of the zombies going into the player's house and the "Zombies ate your brains" text during the party, with all the plants seemingly distracted. This could also be the main reason Crazy Dave made the time machine in the first place, to prevent the player's death. This'd also explain why the first game takes place in what seems to be the tutorial levels of the first game.

It was an experiment to give Zombies super powers, and Super Brainz proved that it was a success. Following the success of the experiment, Dr Zomboss decided to use the Hero-Tron 5000 to take over the world... until of course, he pressed the malfunction button that made it explode, giving superpowers to select Plants and Zombies around the world. This also explains why Kernel Corn, Rose, Citron, Super Brainz, Captain Deadbeard and Z-Mech are in ''VideoGame/PlantsVsZombiesHeroes'', since it's a canon continuation. To support this idea, the first thing we see the Hero-Tron 5000 doing is zapping a browncoat zombie, turning it into a Super Brainz.

He created the plant and zombie seed packets you find, and was killed by one of his workers (RIP: Edgar George Zomboss, 2000-2068.) He came back to life as a zombie in 20X0 (2070) because some idiot threw an extra life item above his grave. He then started a short-term business selling the seed packets for the 49 species of plants he salvaged. After getting enough money to buy a large robot, he planted some zombie seeds and was hell-bent on taking over where Bloom & Doom used to be (before the 12/30/2068 apocalypse [AKA: Music/{{Justin Bieber}}'s Death]), now a neighborhood in the [[Franchise/SuperMarioBros Mushroom Kingdom]] named Misty Park View Meadows. He decided to invade the player's house because it was the area where his boss used to be.
