... And by "ship", I mean the Thousand Sunny. First the crew got to Fishman Island. There, Jimbei was offered the chance to join the crew, and he didn't have an issue with it. Plus, Shirahoshi became friends with the Strawhats and promised to get stronger. Then on Punk Hazard, Kin'emon and Momonosuke joined them and Trafalgar Law formed an alliance with them. They came close to the Reverie, where Vivi would have been. And now on Dressrosa there's, among [[LoadsAndLoadsOfCharacters many]] [[HSQ others]], there's Koala and Sabo! Surume, Rebecca, Baby 5... Oda stated that the crew would end up with ten members, which means there's only one opening left. The entire second half of the series is teasing us with possibilities of who that final nakama will be, until, to everyone's surprise, it turns out to be [[spoiler:Gin]].

Nobody will explain anything, he's just cartoonishly calm around him at first sight and is confused why the other Straw Hats are surprised by this. For bonus points, Luffy doesn't see what the big deal is either, so it parallels Luffy and Chopper being the only ones fooled by Sogeking and Sanji [[HypocriticalHumor wondering who would be so oblivious]].

Usopp wants to be ATrueHero like his father Yasopp, visit Elbalf, has three variations of "Usopp Hammer" at his disposal, and is worshipped as "God" for his stunt in Dressrossa, so it would make sense for him to get recieve "Mjolnir". And then there's his classic lie of "destroying islands with eight thousand followers", further establishing him as an ''extremely serious'' threat (to the point where his bounty is raised to over a billion Berries) if he finally gets his hands on that weapon.

Usopp hasn't use his Sogeking disguise ever since his fight with Perona back at Thriller Bark, but if the Straw Hats went to Elbaf, there is a chance Usopp would bring it back to fight hostile giants. And due to his actions in Dressrossa, his Sogeking disguise would get a new name after the conflict in Elbaf is resolved: Soge God.

Luffy's final bounty being 5.6 billion Berries would make sense due to being a pun of the word "Gomu" (translated as "Gum" or "Rubber" in Japanese) but as nod to Toei's other work, ''Series/KaizokuSentaiGokaiger'', the Straw Hats' involvement in Wano, as well as their future three-way all-out war with Blackbeard's crew and The World Government's commanding officers might result to a ''higher than expected'' massive raise in their bounty, with Luffy being cronwed the "Pirate King" after his final confrontation against Blackbeard, Akainu, and Imu in Laugh Tale.

It'll be either during, or just in time for, his final battles with Blackbeard or Akainu. Since they're the two people who are the biggest threats that he knows of, and whom he hates the most, giving him another needed powerup in order to face them would only be fitting.

Also, it'll likely be his ''final'' powerup, barring possibly figuring out how to combine his new skill with his existing Haki powers.
