Gameplay wise, if one of your squads are knockout you can simply return back to base (pausing the mission) repair the squad's members and then return back to the mission to redeploy them ''again''. It's an effective way in case the enemy boss is harder to kill.

* ProductPlacement: Sort of. The design for Hanyang 88 shows her inexplicably wearing a maid dress. While the game justifies how an old Chinese rifle is wearing a maid dress by insisting that the characters are not designed with MoeAnthropomorphism in mind (and T-Dolls can look whatever they want to in the background setting), there is some real world reasoning behind this. The design of the character is actually the same as the mascot character of the Wuhan [=ComiAi=] convention (wearing a maid dress), and it is indeed a result of a collaboration between Mica Team and the convention.

**Another example of this is [=SR3-MP=] which is also classified as a SMG despite it being an Assault Rifle in real life. And arguably characters like [=RFB=] and [=FG42=], being classified as an Assault Rifle and Machine Gun respectively.

** FragileSpeedster: {{Handguns}} (HG) typically has high evasion, but low firepower and survivability. They buff adjacent T-Dolls of any type, and often have unique or powerful skills. They also consume the least amount of resources.
** GlassCannon: [[SniperRifle Rifles]] (RF) are slow firing, but deliver powerful shots with high critical chance. They're best kept in the back lines, picking off enemies with precision fire. Rifles decreases the skill cooldown for nearby handguns.

** JackOfAllStats: Assault Rifles (AR) has balanced stats all around, though they are still excellent damage dealers. Assault Rifles strengthens [=SMGs=] in front of them, except for [=M4A1=] who buffs other [=ARs=] instead.
** MightyGlacier: Machine Guns (MG). They can put out incredible amount of firepower and take some beating, but also require reloading once in a while. [=MGs=] increase the stats of [=SGs=] in the front rows. They are also massive resource hogs.
** StoneWall: Both Submachineguns (SMG) and Shotguns (SG) fill this role, though in different ways. [=SMGs=] rely on their high base health and evasion, while [=SGs=] use their thick armor to shrug off incoming damage. They synergize well with [=ARs=] and [=MGs=], respectively.
* GirlsWithGuns: You command an entire army of them!
* GunAccessories: You can equip your T-Dolls with optics, suppressors, laser sights, etc. to improve their stats.
* HumanWeapon: T-Dolls under your command are equipped with Advanced Statistic Session Tool (ASST) technology, which allows them to feel their own weapons as an extension of their own body. Through Dummy Link technology, they are also able to control multiple clone bodies of themselves.
* MoeAnthropomorphism: All T-Dolls under your command are personification of various firearms. Justified, as historical and combat data of a weapon are used to determine the ideal physical shape, personality, and even mannerisms to best wield their specified weapon.
* PrivateMilitaryContractors: Grifin & Kruger Security Firm, the player's faction, is the second biggest PMC in the world. Sangvis Ferri used to be the largest, until their central AI hijacked control from the human staff and waged war against humanity itself.
* RareGuns: A number of T-Dolls are based on prototype or just plain rare firearms.
* RidiculouslyHumanRobots: Android technology has advanced so much that they are nearly indistinguishable from regular humans. Your Tactical Dolls, for example, can eat human food, sleep (though this is sometimes referred as "hibernation"), and even bleed.
* {{Stripperiffic}}: Sangvis Ferri humanoid units tend to bare a lot of skin.
* UniversalAmmunition: All T-Dolls draw from the same ammunition pool. The only difference is their rate of consumption.
* WorldOfActionGirls: All T-Dolls you encounter are female, including enemy grunts.
