* HideYourPregnancy: When Creator/DaniellePanabaker was pregnant during season 6, Caitlin/Frost was in no narrative position to do the same, so the pregnancy was not written in. Therefore, the character suffered from OutOfFocus in the second half of Season 6, with several scenes of her sitting or lying down. Finally, the writers invented a subplot for the character to be absent from the last three episodes... only for the Covid-19 pandemic to cause the production of these episodes to be suspended indefinitely.

** Regarding the identity of Mystery Girl, there were two main camps. Either she was the future daughter of Barry and Iris; Dawn Allen, OR she was the unborn baby girl of Joe and Cecile; who was likely a {{Gender Flip}}ed Daniel West.
