* BreakthroughHit: For Creator/EllipseAnimation. While this was not the studio's first collaboration with the already world-renowned Creator/{{Nelvana}} (having previously done ''WesternAnimation/{{Babar}}'' with them), the immense success and acclaim the series received quickly put Ellipse at the forefront of the French animation scene, and they would soon become France's go-to studio for any AnimatedAdaptation of a comic book. * WhatCouldHaveBeen: The series was popular enough that Nelvana considered producing a feature-length animated ''Tintin'' film. Unfortunately for them, the idea had to be shot down when they discovered Creator/StevenSpielberg had already acquired the rights to producing a ''Tintin'' movie way back in 1982 (which of course [[WesternAnimation/TheAdventuresOfTintin2011 would come into fruition in 2011]]).
