Ascended Fanboy is for fictional examples

* FandomNod: Thanks to AscendedFanboy Amit Bhaumik being on the writing staff that year, he inserted a few references to other fans. For starters, Cranston Plaza was initially supposed to be Herndon Plaza (a reference to Jesse Herndon, alias {{SirStack}}), but [[http://powermorphiconforums.com/index.php?topic=10.0 it couldn't clear legal]]. But there was a "Herndon Labratories" in "The Master's Last Stand", so his name made it in anyway. Another nod was "Reinforcements from the Future" naming the Time Force prison the "Funaro Maximum Security Prison", after another fan, Chris Funaro. And the Mut-Orgs all had backwards dialog that identified them by different names, all of which were modified names of other ''PR'' fans.

*** Rocky (the second Red Ranger in ''Mighty Morphin'') was originally scripted to appear in the episode. Unfortunately, Steve Cardenas was in the middle of moving and changing addresses after the producers first contacted him and he forgot to tell them. They couldn't recontact him so they had to do the episode without him.

If he did make it, he either would've taken Jason's spot if Austin St. John wasn't available, or become Tommy's butler if he was.

* TheArtifact: The finale "The end of Power Rangers" seems like an odd title to name a season that had 12 seasons and counting following it, but this was originally going to be the final season of Power Rangers before Disney was convinced to move production to New Zealand to save cost.

L Inkara isn\'t a good source, Rangerwiki isn\'t a good source. And the Cole\'s parents were going to be Toxica and Jindrax was a lie the producers told Fox Kids to let them show their deaths.

** In addition to Cole's parents being brought back to life, another idea was that the attack by Master Org that "killed" them actually brainwashed them into become Jindrax and Toxica.
** According to the Ranger Wiki, Kendall was going to become a ranger at some point. It's unknown if she was going to be an American exclusive ranger, or a replacement ranger though.

** Forever Red was originally going to be two parts, though it was forced to become only one part thanks to the fact that another crossover, Reinforcements From the Future, happened recently, not to metion that it was two parts long. Many things were cut out of Forever Red, most notably the original fight with Serpentera.
* Much of the ShipTease this season was supposed to have an actual payoff, with Danny going back to the flower shop with Kendall and Cole and Alyssa being married in a DistantFinale.

** More meddling came from Bandai, the company that produces Power Ranger toys. After Disney refused to fund Forever Red, the writers asked Bandai for money. They agreed, but only if the episode promoted the Wild Force Rider toy, which is why Serpentera, Lord Zedd's most powerful super weapon, gets taken out by a motorcycle...
