CH rebrand as Dropout

* AccidentallyCorrectWriting: In "Zordon is a Racist", the title character claims that he plans to recruit a Jewish person as the Green Ranger based on the GreedyJew stereotype (as part of the RunningGag of Zordon being outlandishly bigoted). While only intended as a reference to paper money (which is predominantly green in the United States), green apparel actually was a way of coding characters as Jewish in antisemitic propaganda during the Middle Ages, well before paper money was widespread in the west.
* DiedDuringProduction: Mary Pat Gleason, the voice of Professor Foxtrot on ''WTF 101'', died of cancer on June 2, 2020, putting that series' future in question.
* FakeAmerican: Siobhan Thompson is British, but can put on an American accent when the sketch needs to call for it.
* KeepCirculatingTheTapes: A lot of videos seem to have only ever been hosted on the website rather than their channel, so with the collapse of the site in 2020, it has become increasingly hard to find many old videos. A few can be found on CH's successor Dropout streaming service, but it's still far away from being a complete archive. It doesn't help that they've started to take down other old videos for either not aging particularly well or featuring copyrighted music in a [=YouTube=] automatic detection landscape.
* LifeImitatesArt: [=CollegeHumor=] made a video of the [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tIsXEkR5OVs GoFundMe CEO having a breakdown over the pressure of having his site used for healthcare]]. A little over a year later, the actual [=GoFundMe=] CEO [[https://www.protocol.com/gofundme-coronavirus-healthcare-relief-congress testified before Congress]] saying basically the exact same things, specifically mentioning how emotionally overwhelming it is for him and his team.
* MeaningfulReleaseDate: The video "[[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QSgMhkzWNjI Billy Crystal and John Goodman Meet Their Monsters]]" was posted the same day ''WesternAnimation/MonstersUniversity'' was released.
* MissingEpisode: In later years, [[ValuesDissonance the channel has removed older videos that haven't stood the test of time]], clearly to avoid controversy.
** "Flipping Off Hot Chicks" was already fairly divisive even before sexual harassment became more unacceptable. The entire video is just of a man with a megaphone starting conversations with random attractive women, [[{{Jerkass}} and then saying "fuck you" to them through the megaphone.]] Men harassing women on the street for just being women definitely didn't age well.
** "Back To The Future Alternate Ending" is about Marty coming back from the past to find out that Biff committed suicide because of the changes he made. Marty's parents chastise him for calling out Biff's behaviour, and George openly hates "Calvin Klein" for making him become violent. At no point is it mentioned that Biff tried to rape Lorraine, which was called out even by viewers when it first uploaded, who were confused why the skit was trying to make them feel bad for a sadistic bully and attempted rapist.
** "We Didn't Start the Flame War", a parody of Internet arguments. It was likely due to its liberal use of slurs -- while it doesn't portray using them as a ''good'' thing, it doesn't really condemn them beyond "the person using them is an argumentative asshole in a sea of argumentative assholes" either.
** "Sniper" is the only episode of Josh's Mindhouse to no longer be on their Youtube channel. It's a skit where a man hallucinates an Arab terrorist -- Josh himself in garb and [[{{Blackface}} brownface]] -- appearing out of nowhere aiming a sniper rifle at him.

* TechnologyMarchesOn:
** ''[[http://www.collegehumor.com/video/3599015/if-all-movies-had-cell-phones If All Movies Had Cell Phones]]'' demonstrates a number of movies where the plot conflict could easily be reduced or the story shortened because characters had cell phones to call for help/look up information/reveal information to people that had been withheld from them/etc.
*** In ''Theatre/RomeoAndJuliet'', Juliet gets the message to Romeo that she will fake her own death, rather than a mixup happening with the Friar's message.
*** The ''Film/HomeAlone'' clip shows Kevin being called by his mother right after he finds himself all alone, and tells him to go to a friends house - which if done in the actual movie would have reduced the running time to about 45 minutes. Except for the fact that this doesn't explain how then booby trapping the house to stop Harry and Marv would work.
** Done again with the Internet in ''[[http://www.collegehumor.com/video/6383699/if-movie-characters-had-the-internet If Movie Characters Had The Internet]]''.
*** In ''Film/BasicInstinct'', for instance, the damning evidence against Catherine Trammell is that her Internet search history indicates she's been reading websites with information about how to use an ice pick as a murder weapon.
** With smartphones in ''[[http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4OSCjbru1Gk If All Movies Had Smartphones]]''.
*** In ''Film/ItsAWonderfulLife'', the main character is talked out of suicide with an iPod.
** Also [[http://www.collegehumor.com/video/3052195/24-the-unaired-1994-pilot this]] ''Series/TwentyFour'' parody, which imagines what the show would have been like if it took place in 1994. Complete with getting emails through AOL and Windows XP being very slow.
** "Film/TheMatrix Runs on Windows XP", and HilarityEnsues:
##When Neo is being jacked in, Trinity cannot tell the difference between the monitor and projection cables.
##In the parody of the Agent Training Program scene, the scene goes like it does in the film, with Morpheus talking to Neo while they walk down a bustling street with Neo being bumped by passerby. This time, Morpheus is telling Neo about how the Matrix used to run fast but it slowed down over time. Then the woman in the red dress walks by. All goes well until Morpheus orders the program to freeze upon the moment the model Agent Smith draws his weapon. When the image fails to unfreeze, Morpheus tells Neo to go on without him, then yells to the operators, "Try CTRL-ALT-DELETE!"
##Clippy appears multiple times, trying to offer his help to Neo. The first time, "It looks like you're trying to bend a spoon with your mind. Can I help you with that?" Neo bends Clippy with his mind.
##Neo gets accosted by Agent Smith in an alleyway. Smith fires his pistol at Neo, and suddenly, the bullet freezes in flight inches from Neo's head, with a progress bar showing up.
##The lag time is long enough that Agent Smith starts cloning as he runs towards Neo in frustration, after being put on hold trying to call Agent Brown and Agent Jones who are up in Connecticut.
