* WesternAnimation/Robotboy: You won't find that many fans of Brian/Brainy Yak. He's hated for his backstory which some felt retconned Moshimo's well-liked background in "Brother" and his bizarre and unfunny nature. Coming out of nowhere to defeat Ensemble Dark Horse Protoboy in his second and final appearance doesn't help his case.

** Donnie/Prank is generally considered to be a pretty pointless and annoying character, who Harley Quinn should have taken the place of. Thankfully she does end up appearing.
** Chief Rojas is practically a HateSink as he has NO redeeming qualities whatsoever as he's just a self-righteous FatBastard. Thankfully, Commissioner Gordon came into the picture.
** Cluemaster tends to be considered one of the worst of the series' villains due to his obnoxious PsychopathicManchild personality, lame motivation (revenge over losing a game show), and goofy design.

But nope, she's still convinced he's a rotten little troublemaker...she just thinks he's a rotten little troublemaker with a HiddenHeartOfGold. Despite ultimately warming up to him, the fact that she still thinks Doug's bad and Roger's good ends up cementing her as an irredeemably HorribleJudgeOfCharacter to the point that even Doug decides that there's no possible way to get her to see reason. The only consolation is that Roger gets some karmic retribution in the end with Ms. Newberry not being seen in the series again after that.

* On WesternAnimation/TheSmurfs1981, Brainy Smurf was someone who nobody liked in-universe or out. On the surface, he's a KnowNothingKnowItAll who's more of a narcissist than Vanity Smurf (a guy whose name denotes narcissism) and more annoying than, well, anyone else on the show, mostly because of his whiny, nasally voice as he lectures anyone unlucky enough to listen. He never plays a vital part of the story (unless he's the antagonist of the story, which happened a lot). Worst of all, this guy tends to do terrible things all the time, like bake living gingerbread Smurfs that almost destroy the village, blame Clumsy for losing Baby Smurf (after he was responsible) and put him through a KangarooCourt, and even seize control of the village, crown himself king, rule like a tyrant, and start a Smurf civil war. (Although in fairness, it wasn't him in the original version.)

** Kevin Reynolds is considered to be the main Scrappy of the Noobs as he is the most selfish and irresponsible of them, is overly hammy, is frequently rude and disrespectful towards Memnock and Zenblock, almost destroyed Earth by accident, and once almost compromised his team's secret identities.
** Jennifer Jerkass Shope is another Scrappy as when she speaks, she often raises her voice and when she does so, her voice sounds very irritating and distasteful. She is also hated for when she TookALevelInJerkass by forcing Kevin to transform into a gerbil and proceeds to humiliate him all so she wouldn't get an F in her science project, in which she failed.

** Principal Warmeramer is mainly hated for just being a minor obstacle for the Noobs to go through in concealing their secret identities and for having Mr. Wertz sent to a mental institution instead of firing him for trying to enslave Cornbury with mind control goggles.
** Jock Jockerson is disliked for being a FlatCharacter as he seemed to have no purpose on the show other than to bully the Noobs and become the first person on the show to be infected with the virus in the first episode. * Sam is this in All-Stars, by being underused. The writers didn't do anything interesting with him, save for getting a poorly done SnapBack when he helped win a challenge, making him a very FlatCharacter whose only defining traits from the last season (video game obsession and having a crush on Dakota) are very underplayed. Instead, he becomes Chew Toy fodder. And even worse, his inclusion meant more popular and noticeably more heroic Revenge alumni Dawn and Brick would not be included in the cast. As such, he is widely considered one of the least qualified to have been an "All-Star".
* Dave, who was already a BaseBreakingCharacter before Pahkitew Island started. Following the severe and record-breaking blows to his character like taking a level in jerkass and his SanitySlippage in "Hurl and Go Seek" and the finale, he has now become one of the most unpopular characters in the series.

** Uncle Monty. Many fans despise him for how irrational his dislike for Rapunzel is, all for reasons that Rapunzel has no power over given her traumatic childhood. Rapunzel herself is frustrated with his IrrationalHatred as well, though by the end of the episode, she decides that getting him to like her isn't worth it. Fortunately, in his reappearances his dislike for Rapunzel is drastically toned down.

** The citizens of Vardaros (except for Vex and Quaid) haven't won over many fans due to the fact that they all act as very unpleasant Jerkasses towards Rapunzel, even though she sticks up for them twice against the Baron's men when she could have just abandoned them to their fate. With the exception of Vex and Quaid, not one of them shows a single iota of gratitude towards her and they suffer no consequences for how horribly they treat her. What's worse is that they are a horrible reminder of how Uncle Monty's initial characterization was, except they come off as even worse since Monty at least has redeeming qualities, even in his divisive debut episode.

** Surprisingly Jerry was and often still is seen as this. The reasons lie in Jerry’s DesignatedHero status compared to Tom (who we’re generally supposed to root against since CatsAreMean) but ironically Tom frequently comes off as UnintentionallySympathetic as usually he’s just looking after the house, babysitting or doing his own thing while Jerry pretty much always goes out of his way to be a unprovoked little sadistic Jerkass to the poor cat. Allegedly it got to the point where MGM got fan letters of enough people siding with Tom over Jerry leading to them to altering the formula so that Tom acted more vindictive to the mouse resulting in acceptable LaserGuidedKarma, and he was actually allowed to get the last laugh on Jerry whenever the latter took his own offence to an unsympathetic level.

Added DiffLines:

* WesternAnimation/AvatarTheLastAirbender: Fire Lord Azulon, father of Ozai and Iroh, is hated for being a flat PlotDevice, who lacks of proper characterization, other than he’s a generic tyrant with no depths to his goal and intimidating presence. Even his order to have Ozai murder Zuko is viewed as nonsensical rather than trully frightening.

* WesternAnimation/TheBrakShow: Clarence. He was a replacement for Sisto in Season 2, and spent most of his time being annoying and taking up large chunks of the plot doing nothing. However, he did get better in the GrandFinale.
