** In "A Space Quadyssey", Dicky throws an exercise ball at Ricky while yelling "Catch [[UranusIsShowing Uranus]]!". In the same episode, Ricky is nicknamed "No. 2" and the Kramdens find it funny, saying it means poop and Vinny agrees.
** In "Quadpendence Day", Dicky frequently over-stressed the 's' sound whenever he talked about their snake, Christopher. After Ricky tells him to stop with the 's's sound so much, Dicky responds ,"Get off my 's'"

* VotedOffTheIsland: Happes InUniverse in "Keeping Up With the Quadashians". The quads decide to add drama to their attempt at a reality show, "Hanging with the Harpers" by voting one of them out of the show. Ricky is the loser.

* AfraidOfNeedles: "M.D Day" reveals Dawn has a "little" fear of needles. In reality, it's so bad that she's perfectly fine with sissor-kicking her doctor, stiif-arming the nurse, and pushing a toddler off a wooden pony to use as her getaway horse.

* EarWorm: Happens InUniverse in "Mall in the Family", the quads loved to sing an annoying song from a children's movie. Eventually, at the mall, two employees, a mall security woman and a teenage girl who worked at the lost and found area were heard reluctantly singing it.

* PunBasedTitle: Multiple episode titles are puns that utilize the word "quad" somewhere, refering how Nicky, Ricky, Dicky, and Dawn are quadruplets.
