* BadassInDistress: Spider-Man first got turned into a Neo-Venom by Fiscal and had to be rescued by Kisuke. He was then kidnapped soon after by Specter. Wilfre once attempted to control GLaDOS and Spider-Man had to save her, with help from Deadpool. Sonic also suffered a slight case of death at the hands of GLaDOS so Spider-Man attempted to bring him back. It didn't go so well.

* KilledOffForReal: Sonic the Hedgehog had his spine snapped by GLaDOS.

** Dubsy and GLaDOS have a little conversation which completely nukes the fourth wall!

** After Dubsy is revealed to be an AuthorAvatar, he addresses GLaDOS by the name of her player.

* PutOnABus: GLaDOS, due to her writer wanting to switch characters. The ability for all players to have 2 characters was added not too long afterwards.

** SpiderMan, GLaDOS, and Wolfwood, during the Dark Dubsy battle. GLaDOS literally erases Dark Dubsy, and Wolfwood nearly blows him to bits with his Punisher.
