* TongueTrauma: Kosta tells a story about how his grandfather could tell if someone is a rat by looking at his tongue. He then asks a random mook named James to stick his out. Kosta cuts the man's tongue out with a knife (we don't see the actual moment), then sticks it to a wall in his office as a warning to the rat.

Bell must provide protection when gubernatorial candidate Teddy Garcia (Creator/ElliotVillar) makes quick enemies of the KO; Reggie is assigned a dangerous task; a figure from Eddie's past makes life difficult for Stabler.

* DarkAndTroubledPast: Flutura reveals to Stabler/Wagner that her father sold her into sex slavery and she was only spared this becoming her future by Albi marrying her.
