* Glory had a rough start in life. After the [=SkyWing=] egg in the Dragonet Prophecy was shattered, the Talons of Peace hastily stole a [=RainWing=] egg to replace it. This egg hatched into Glory, who spent her childhood being berated by her guardians for being lazy (because she always falls asleep at high noon) and not being in the prophecy. On the outside, she's snappy and sarcastic, but deep down she doubts herself. Worse still, when she finally meets other [=RainWings=], she's horrified to discover that they live up to these stereotypes; they didn't notice she was missing because they're raised communally and don't count their eggs, and they're too apathetic to search for the missing members of their tribe. When Glory finds out that the [=NightWings=] kidnapped them to perform experiments and are planning to invade the Rainforest Kingdom, she becomes their queen to teach her people how to fight back.
* [=RainWings=] have two natural powers. First, they can change the colour of their scales. They usually change involuntarily to match their moods, but they can also use them as camouflage to become almost invisible. Glory's preferred colour scheme is green, with orange wings and blue spots. Second, they can spit venom. This is activated by laying out in the sun in the afternoon, a habit known as "suntime". The other dragon tribes didn't know about this for a long time, but it's so potent that Glory melted half of Queen Scarlet's face off. The [=RainWings=] mainly use it to avoid incest; if one spits venom onto a leaf, and the other's venom cancels it out, it means they're closely related.
* Glory is a very busy dragon. After the Dragonets of Destiny foiled the [=NightWings=]' plot to take over the rainforest, as their home was about to be destroyed by a volcanic eruption, they were allowed to live there on the condition that Glory had to be the queen of ''their'' tribe as well. As a result, Glory didn't have the free time to become a teacher at Jade Mountain Academy, a school her friends set up to teach the dragons of Pyrrhia to get along so that a war would never break out again. Glory was very concerned when she woke up in the Court of the Gods, who told her that Sunny had vouched to get her into the Pantheon. She insisted that she needed to get back to her kingdom as soon as possible, but the gods reassured her that she can go back to her homeworld whenever she wants without worrying about the passage of time.
* Sunny was overjoyed that one of her TrueCompanions had ascended and rushed over to the Court of the Gods to greet her. Sunny introduced Glory to her various dragon allies, such as Spyro. On the outside, she's snappy and sarcastic, but deep down she doubts herself. Worse still, when she finally meets other [=RainWings=], she's horrified to discover that they live up to these stereotypes; they didn't notice she was missing because they're raised communally and don't count their eggs, and they're too apathetic to search for the missing members of their tribe. When Glory finds out that the [=NightWings=] kidnapped them to perform experiments and are planning to invade the Rainforest Kingdom, she becomes their queen to teach her people how to fight back.
* [=RainWings=] have two natural powers. First, they can change the colour of their scales. They usually change involuntarily to match their moods, but they can also use them as camouflage to become almost invisible. Glory's preferred colour scheme is green, with orange wings and blue spots. Second, they can spit venom. This is activated by laying out in the sun in the afternoon, a habit known as "suntime". The other dragon tribes didn't know about this for a long time, but it's so potent that Glory melted half of Queen Scarlet's face off. The [=RainWings=] mainly use it to avoid incest; if one spits venom onto a leaf, and the other's venom cancels it out, it means they're closely related.
