Producing one of the best known covers of all time (Valerie), being cited by many including Adele and Jessie J currently the two most popular British artists in the USA with kicking off a third British invasion. Rather a ridiculous claim that she will only be remembered for dying young don't you think. Also "how many of you ever heard of Amy Winehouse BEFORE she become a known joke for getting arrested for drug charges" well no one except the millions who bought her BEST SELLING Brit award nominated, Mercury Prize award nominated album Frank, released three years before she had any substance abuse problems.

* OzzyOsbourne did a lot of crazy shit during his younger years as a rocker (and later in his life too - it's basically the reason his autobiography is worth getting), but the incident that sticks out in a lot of people's minds is that particular concert where somebody threw a bat on stage, and Ozzy, thinking it was a toy rubber bat and not the real deal, bit its head off.
