When Margaret's blood and soul were drained into the Magic Gun, her parents immediately wielded it in the hopes of using it to kill in their god's name. The two showed no remorse when confronted by Margaret's vengeful spirit, believing their actions were fully justified even as they succumbed to madness and death.

He has some of the students, including Laura's friend Danny--to whom he lies that he will stop after arresting Carmilla and Mattie--recruited into his militia , and preaches anti-vampire propaganda. It is discovered that, despite the potential consequences, he intends to kill Lophiiformes, [[ItsAllAboutMe all to make a name for himself]]. After killing Lophiiformes, he intends to execute Carmilla and Mattie, along with any students protecting vampires; the attempted arrest indirectly leads to Mattie's death. After he almost callously shoots one of his men, Laura starts a resistance against him. In the battle, he has his henchman Theo betray them and kill Danny. In the finale, he has the other board members shot over the announcements and prepares to behead Carmilla, in front of Laura and their friends, taunting them all to their faces while doing so. Despite his seemingly [[ObfuscatingDisability doddering demeanor]], Vordenberg is far more dangerous than meets the eye, his claims of heroism being lies he tells to fuel his ego, not caring who he has to kill to live out his fantasies of personal glory.
** ''Film/TheCarmillaMovie'': [[BigBad Elle Sheridan]] was a noble woman who, discovering her lover Carmilla was a vampire, betrayed Carmilla to her mother before her death. Unable to cross into the afterlife with the other souls of the sacrifice victims, Elle grew to [[DrivenByEnvy resent Carmilla and Laura's life together]]. Elle began to torment Laura with nightmares, luring her, Carmilla, and her friends to her mansion. Gathering the souls, Elle manipulated them into preparing a ritual that would help them move on to the afterlife, with Carmilla willingly giving up her human life. Unbeknownst to them, Elle plans on stealing Carmilla's life for her own, and condemning the rest of the spirits back into the hell dimension forever. [[FreudianExcuseIsNoExcuse Despite her past]], it's pointed out she wasn't the only sacrifice and the others never turned evil, with Elle admitting to her jealous and [[ItsAllAboutMe selfish]] motives, with disdain and indifference to everyone else. Elle picks off Carmilla, Laura and their friends, trapping them in their nightmarish hell; Carmilla's in particular reliving Elle's betrayal over and over again. When Laura rescues her friends and the other ghosts to prepare the ritual, Elle makes one final attempt to disrupt them, holding a knife to Carmilla's throat. Kidnapping another agent, Nancy threatens to murder him if Warren doesn't reveal himself--only to [[ILied dispatch the man regardless]] and taunting Warren over it.

In the end, Arthur attempts to murder Joey, Eva, and Oli after being exposed.

After the Ice Vampire kidnaps protagonist Maria's sister Sophie, she and her friend Boris ([[{{Literature/Frankenstein}} the Frankenstein monster]]) enter his lair to rescue Sophie and destroy the Ice Vampire. He taunts Maria by telepathically making her listen to Sophie's voice before showing Maria her half-dead sister and sending his undead victims after her and Boris. During their fight, he threatens to tear Boris's head off and drink all the blood from his neck.

Dixon holds a grudge against Murray Keeplin for battering and blinding him in the past when he attempted to kidnap her, and plans something "special" for her to get his revenge. When he and the others first encounter the pack of [[OurWerewolvesAreDifferent werewolf-like dogmen]], Dixon callously shoots his fellow officer Barclay and throws him to the pack. He makes his "arrest" of Murray his top priority, even in the face of all the danger they're in. When his crimes are exposed, he steals Rookie Henry Keller's gun as he's killed, and immediately shoots Janine. It's also discovered he tortured his former partner to death when she refused to help him kidnap Murray. Eventually, he tortures Jason with a pair of bolt cutters when he helps Murray and Holly escape, before stalking them through the woods in a desperate bid to kill them both.

Once the party eventually traps and interrogates him, they discover Shane does this not out of brainwashing or because of an evil deity, but because he woke up one morning and decided that [[ItAmusedMe it'd be amusing]] to devote himself to making the world miserable.

** ''WebVideo/TheGatorManOfElmendorf'': The titular Gator Man, Joe Ball--loosely based on the real SerialKiller--seems to be a friendly bartender, who secretly lures or kidnaps women to feed to alligators on his farm. He is [[VillainWithGoodPublicity considered a local hero]] for leading the search for one of him youngest victims, earning the trust of said victim's family. Ball maims and kidnaps a man looking for his sister Ball kidnapped, intending to [[FedToTheBeast feed them both to the gators]]; said sister is being forced to participate in his crimes, and is seen feeding the gators a severed arm. When exposed, Ball intends to [[CopKiller kill the detective]] investigating him, and when incapacitated, throws himself into the gator pit to avoid being arrested, laughing maniacally as he's eaten alive.

A cannibalistic SerialKiller, Clowny was revealed to have been the one behind the disappearance of Madison White. Initially appearing to be a simple hacker, Clowny proved himself to be much more than that by visiting David's underage friend, Chance, and stabbing him to death, burning his parents alive in a house fire which he had started. Setting his eyes on Kyle, he did the same to his relative, savagely devouring his body afterwards. An animal in human skin, Clowny overshadows his compatriots in terms of sheer cruelty and brutality.

His true goal is to found a tyrannical empire by forcibly gathering the survivors of the Apocalypse, [[JoinOrDie threatening their life should they refuse]]. He sentences his loyal assistant Constance and the Visitor to the Necrophiliac Prison and [[ExplosiveLeash straps explosive bracelets to his employees to keep them in line]]. Abducting and reprogramming Henry Castafolt, Joseph has him create an army of robots and has them kill innocent civilians.

** Vex, the ArcVillain for "Peak Performance", is a sadistic woodsman and {{necromancer}}, and despite his limited screen time stands out as one of the nastiest foes the Oxventurers Guild have encountered, [[VileVillainSaccharineShow never being played for humor]]. Imbuing his traps with necromancy that will raise the corpse of anyone caught in them, even if said trap doesn't inflict fatal wounds, Vex [[TaxidermyIsCreepy taxidermizes]] any zombified being that returns to him, as shown by the extensive collection of displayed animals in his cabin. Far from doing this to survive, this is done purely out of sadism and inflated ego, as shown when he gleefully reflects on turning Merilwen's wildcat, Simon, into a hat despite its being buried--[[KickTheDog twisting the knife in the process and refusing to take the hat off despite the elf's visible grief]]--and then tries doing the same to the Guild by siccing a zombie bear on them. Despite his claims of doing this to get by, Vex truly saw himself as superior to all others and viewed any attempt to impede his activities as "cheating" him out of what he believed to be rightfully his.
** Eroan, the ArcVillain for "Elf Hazard", is the elder of Merilwen's village and a KnightTemplar obsessed with tradition, viewing any deviation as punishable by death. Initially appearing a [[BitchInSheepsClothing kind]] if unintentionally [[PoliticallyIncorrectVillain racist]] leader of the village, he actually punishes any elf that refuses to change their name upon reaching adulthood by gifting them an iron brooch that is cursed to have banshees and other monsters hunt them down; when breaking into his house, Corazón discovers a ledger with multiple confirmed fatalities. Upon discovering the party have rigged the tombola to let Merilwen keep her name, he coldly attempts to condemn her and Corazón to death, only for the attempt to backfire and him to die in the process. [[VileVillainSaccharineShow Unusually humorless for a comedic series]], Eroan stands out as one of the nastiest ''Oxventure'' villains despite solely featuring in one episode.
