* ''Series/{{Castle}}'': Castle's daughter Alexis, given her WackyParentSeriousChild characteristics, with some NotSoAboveItAll moments. And then there's how much she avoids being a BrattyTeenageDaughter, such as her anxiety about stuff like a WildTeenParty she accidentally started and how she once missed paying for a subway ride.

*** Bridge, the CloudCuckooLander with a ThinkingTic and MemeticHandGesture, whose zaniness doesn't make him any less effective.

** Emma is a neurotic but sweet ShrinkingViolet with SuperOCD.

*** Syd for some fans, due to some fun TheChick dialogue and personal accessories, as well as getting some of the more powerful SugarWiki/HeartwarmingMoments of the show.

** Two for one: both [[NamesTheSame Jenny]]s from the revival series qualify. The Tenth Doctor's "daughter" is a LittleMissBadass HairOfGoldHeartOfGold woman who, fittingly, is {{adorkable}} and peppy just like Ten himself. [[ReallyWasBornYesterday Her newness to the world and desire to learn comes across as extremely endearing]]. Meanwhile, Jenny Flint, from [[BadassCrew the Paternoster Gang]] during the Eleventh and Twelfth Doctor eras, is 100% BadassAdorable. She is best described as having the abilities and SpyCatsuit of Marvel's ComicBook/BlackWidow with the personality of an anime girl. To sum it up, she plays up the aesthetic of submissive maid to her wife and is a complete sweetheart to everyone else as well. Her Cockney accent adds even more to the overload of cuteness she has going on already.

* ''Series/TheLibrarians2014'': Super-intelligent MotorMouth and IllGirl Cassandra is absolutely adorable.

** The Doctor themself is sometimes this, especially their Tenth incarnation. It went UpToEleven in their Eleventh incarnation, who was basically a big, overgrown puppy in human form. The Eighth incarnation in AudioPlay/BigFinishDoctorWho also falls under this at times. So, interestingly, is the other-wise acerbic Twelfth incarnation, especially during Series 9 where it's clear the man needs a hug but rarely gets one when he needs it, and he reverts to a near-childlike state briefly when he's forced to say goodbye to [[spoiler: Clara, who is about to be KilledOffForReal]]. Their Thirteenth incarnation is this from her debut onwards, with her {{Adorkable}}, childlike personality and high empathy for everything around her.

* ''Series/{{NCIS}}'': Abby Sciuto is a moe PerkyGoth who frequently wears ZettaiRyouiki and pigtails. She doesn't have the moe personality though; being more of a BadassAdorable when threatened. And [[BerserkButton she hates it when someone she cares about is threatened.]] Cue [[BadassAdorable Dawwsome]] ass-kicking when that happens.

* ''Series/DaddysDaughters'': ChildProdigy [[http://www.papinydochki.ru/wp-content/photos/Galina_Sergeevna_small.jpg Galina]] [[http://www.papinydochki.ru/wp-content/photos/liza_arzamasova.jpg Sergeevna]] (Music/LizaArzamasova) is a realistic-looking example of {{Moe}}. She is an {{Adorkable}} GlassesGirl with GirlishPigtails, ZettaiRyouiki, and golden hair.

** Tanya from the last two episodes of season 2, due to her {{Meganekko}} appearance and her earnest, yet socially awkward demeanor.

*** Fran, due to her {{Meganekko}} glasses, FriendlessBackground, and ShipperOnDeck moments.

* ''Series/{{Torchwood}}'': Toshiko Sato. (although we first see her character on a Ninth Doctor ''Series/DoctorWho'' episode). A HotLibrarian, {{Meganekko}}, [[ShrinkingViolet shy and timid]], and [[AllLoveIsUnrequited has been in love]] with her {{jerkass}} coworker for some time now, but has never been brave enough to pursue her affections.

* ''Series/UltramanMebius'': In a rare Live-Action LampshadeHanging, Teppei Kuze's family has a maid named "Moe". There's also has a more straightforward example in Konomi Amagai, a timid, gentle, and incredibly adorable {{Meganekko}} who loves cute things and is quite capable of being a BadassAdorable when the situation calls for it.

** Wendell's status as TheEveryman among a group of {{Hollywood Nerd}}s and his thoughtfulness in dealing with his peers make him count.

** For Sweets, it's his HollywoodNerd and NoRespectGuy moments that do it.

* ''Series/PowerRangersWildForce'': Alyssa, for being TheHeart of the team on many occasions and a CuteBookworm to boot.

** Barb, due to her EndearinglyDorky moments at work, HappilyMarried interactions with Pat, and AdultFear by the end of season 1.

** Summer Glau (again) as Bennett. So Moe that she threatens to create an adorable Moe singularity.

*** Vida, due to her enthusiasm about old records, BigSisterInstinct, constantly re-dyed SkunkStripe, and the way she initially hates pink but warms to the color after becoming the Pink Ranger.

** Jinkx Monsoon of Season 5 had many cute runway looks, was very kind to the other queens, was seen as a {{Woobie}} at several points for either her narcolepsy giving her trouble or [[TheBully Roxxxy Andrews]] picking on her, and had an endearing sense of humor.
** Trinity K. Bonet of Season 6 was a ShrinkingViolet whose CharacterDevelopment for the season was learning to not be so hard on herself. She was also very kind to the other queens, and nerdy in a way that was endearing, such as going with a [[Franchise/StarWars Princess Leia]] look on the runway at one point and of course naming herself after a character from ''Film/TheMatrix''.
** Joslyn Fox of Season 6 was considered to be one of the nicest queens to ever be on the show, with multiple noted instances of her comforting other queens who were having breakdowns and, unlike most other queens, never throwing shade at anyone. Her goofy {{Cloudcuckoolander}} moments were also seen as adorable by fans, and being one of the most [[DudeLooksLikeALady naturally feminine-looking queens]] helped make her and her runway looks more cute as well.
