Between Mistral and Monsoon who are absolute [[PsychoForHire Psychos For Hire]], LQ-84i who's basically a slave with a RestrainingBolt, and their boss who's at absolute best a WellIntentionedExtremist who plans to raze the world and rebuild it as an anarchic mess to "free" people, Khamsin is genuinely trying to liberate the people of Abkhazia because he believes in helping them. [[spoiler:As they fed into his gullibility to use him for their own ends, this is likely the reason Mistral set him up to be killed in the end once they'd gotten what they needed out of him]].
