Added DiffLines:

* The Zoni from the ''Franchise/RatchetAndClank'' series are this, but are closer to TimePolice in how they operate - they can control and maintain the flow of time with the Great Clock which acts as their homeworld, but they're also able to slow time manually and are immune to any changes to the timestream such as someone stopping time, an ability they can pass onto others. [[spoiler: Clank, as the son of the Zoni's leader Orvus, also counts.]]

Added DiffLines:

* The ''WebAnimation/DeathBattle'' episode where Ratchet and Clank fought Jak and Daxter has this and compares the two versions directly. Jak can use his SuperMode of Light Jak to slow time to a crawl which allows him to use it to shoot a defenceless Ratchet. Clank can also do this, but his time-manipulation is slightly slower than Jak's. [[spoiler: Unfortunately for Jak, Clank is flat-out immune to any attempts to alter time and can pass this skill onto other people. Ratchet dodged Jak's attack as a result.]]

** WordOfGod has it that the doors to Timeless River didn't actually lead to the past, but to a sub-world that was intricately connected to the main world, basically being the world of Disney Castle if [[StatusQuoIsGod status quo really was God]] and time ultimately had no impact.

** [[spoiler: Hit from ''Anime/DragonBallSuper'' has a similar ability as Guldo, being able to freeze time. He can only do it for 0.1 seconds, but since Hit has SuperSpeed on top of this ability, he can mortally wound an opponent before they even have the chance to move. Also, unlike Guldo, he can spam his ability as many times as he wants since it seems to take no stamina]].

* The Kanohi Vahi in ''Franchise/{{BIONICLE}}'' gives this power, although with the limitation that only the time around a given target can be sped up or slowed down. It doesn't allow time-travel either. ... Unless you break the thing, in which case it crashes time itself, so that the past, present and future will be all happening at once.

** Voporak, a member of the [[MurderInc Dark Hunters]] can willingly give off a temporal force field that drastically ages anything thrown at him, this power becoming extremely potent through touch. His abilities however have no effect on the Mask of Time itself. Voporak is also sensitive to fluctuations in the fabric of time, allowing him to sense the use of and track the Kanohi Vahi. His Rhotuka has the ability to distort an opponent’s sense of time, knocking their perception of time backwards by several seconds.

* ''VideoGame/{{Undertale}}'' plays with this trope: [[spoiler:[[TheDeterminator Any sufficiently determined individual]] can escape death by winding back time and returning to a save point. Flowey, being filled with Determination, took advantage of this ability until the human came along and their Determination overpowered his. In the neutral routes, when Flowey absorbs the six human souls, he gains the ability to create and return to save points, which he uses to try and get any attacks that miss to hit.]]

* Time technology shows up a lot in ''CommandAndConquerRedAlert'', with the original breakthroughs made by Einstein. ''Red Alert 2'' introduces the Chrono Legionnaires, who can teleport around and erase other units from history. In the [[AllThereInTheManual original manual]], it's implied that the chronoshift teleportation is actually a case of TimeStandsStill while the unit travels across the map the normal way.

** This is the true power of [[PraetorianGuard Spriggan Twelve]] [[spoiler:[[MasterSwordsman DiMaria Yesta]]]]. She can freeze time all around her for a seemingly unlimited period and it gives her all the openings she needs to finish her opponents. To them, she hasn't even moved as [[PowerPerversionPotential their clothes suddenly explode into shreds]] and it has one hell of a psychological edge. [[ShoutOut She even shares Dio Brando's arrogance in calling the frozen time "her world"]]. The source of said powers is no joke either: [[spoiler:she's literally the [[WillingChanneler vessel]] of the [[PhysicalGod God of Time, Chronos]] due to being descended from the tribe that worshipped him]]. She only loses because [[spoiler:Ultear unfroze time around Wendy and Sherria to fight her, and Sherria [[DangerousForbiddenTechnique used Ultear's Third Origin]] to enhance her [[AchillesHeel God Slayer Magic]] to the point she actually could hurt her]].

[[spoiler:As it turns out, even ''he's'' not immune to this power and needs [[RequiredSecondaryPower to use a special personal field to protect himself]]. The moment someone managed to get a piece of that power past said shield, [[HoistByHisOwnPetard it was over in a matter of seconds]]]].

* ''VideoGame/TalesOfXillia2'' has the aptly named Khronos, who's one of the three prime Spirits who watch over the world and a major antagonist. He initially only uses his time manipulation to speed up his movements, but in later fights, will stop time completely for a brief moment and can even reset the battle to its beginning. [[spoiler: The reality-warping abilities of Ludger's Corpse Shell are the only thing that keeps him from being completely unbeatable.]]
* "Master" might be doing him too much credit, but Gerion Alexius in ''Videogame/DragonAgeInquisition'' is the first mage to be able to manipulate time, something that [[WrongContextMagic should be impossible even with magic]]. It's speculated that the Breach altered the rules of magic in Thedas to make it possible. [[spoiler:One consequence of this is that he cannot travel back to any time before the Breach occurred. Sadly, this means he cannot travel back in time to save his wife and son from a Darkspawn attack that happened before the Breach.]] One of the items he drops when he is defeated [[spoiler:in a BadFuture]] is an amulet that reduces skill cooldown times. [[spoiler:If he is recruited into the Inquisition]], he can continue his research and eventually craft an even better version of it.
