* In Script/MayXnocens everybody either has a month as part of thier name (July, Idius March, May and September Xnocens, Mechta and Rhett October, April, January, November, February) or is only known by their last name which would make a pun if combined with a month as first name (Borne, miss Forth).

* The ''Literature/OctoberDaye'' series: So far, in addition to October, the protagonist, we've seen a January, an April, a May, and a June. January and April are related by adoption. [[spoiler: May was originally October's Fetch.]] In the third book, Lily comments, "Whatever will we do when the months of the year are used entirely?" WordOfGod says that in Faerie, it's rude to name someone directly after someone else, but honoring somebody by using a name with a related meaning is acceptable. October's name is somehow connected with September Torquill, January's mother.

* The hentai series ''Kanojo x Kanojo x Kanojo'' has ''Haru''omi the protagonist, ''Natsu''mi the eldest girl, ''Aki''na the middle sister, and Ma''fuyu'' the youngest of the three.

* In the anime and manga series ''Manga/FruitsBasket'' all of the cursed members of the Sohma family (except for Yuki and Kyo) take their names from the traditional names of the months from the Japanese lunar calendar; for example, Isuzu "Rin" Sohma is named from "Isuzukure tsuki" (June) and Hatsuharu "Haru" Sohma is named directly from "Hatsuharu" (January). Their names each correspond to the months that their EasternZodiac animal is associated with (except for Momiji and Kureno, since author Creator/NatsukiTakaya accidentally mixed up their names).

* ''Webcomics/TowerOfGod'': 25th Baam, whose name means 25th Night, was named after his birthday. The 13 Month Series is a group of special weapons named after the 13 Months of the TUS universe.

* In ''Manga/AneNaruMono'', Yuu's name comes from "yuugure," meaning "twilight", so Shub-Niggurath chooses the name Chiyo, meaning "a thousand nights" to compliment Yuu's name as an invoked case of FamilyThemeNaming.

* There are several characters in ''WebAnimation/{{RWBY}}'' named after seasons: Summer Rose (Ruby's mother), Cinder Fall (the BigBad), and Winter Schnee (Weiss's sister). The fourth and final season is represented by Vernal (one of Raven's bandits).

''Manga/RaveMaster'' stars ''Haru'' Glory, ''Manga/FairyTail'' has ''Natsu'' Dragneel, the short-lived ''Manga/MonsterSoul'' has ''Aki'', and ''Manga/MonsterHunterOrage'' has ''Shiki'' Ryuho (his name meaning "four seasons").

* Three of the four protagonists from ''Anime/YokaiWatchShadowside'' are named after the seasons. '''Natsu'''me Amano (summer), '''Tou'''ma Tsukinami (winter) and '''Aki'''nori Arihoshi (spring). That makes Keisuke Amano the OddNameOut.

Little he knew that August was [[spoiler:his and Mavis's son]].

* ''Manga/SwapSwap'' uses the same theme naming for its four [[spoiler:body-swapping leads]] as ''Manga/HaruNatsuAkiFuyu'': ''Haru''ko ("haru" is Japanese for "spring"), ''Natsu''ko ("summer"), ''Fuyu''ki ("autumn"), ''Aki''ho ("winter").
