* Hermione Granger from the HarryPotter series. Though never directly shown, Snape, Dumbledore, Voldemort, Grindelwald, and [=McGonagall=] are all implied to have been Teen Geniuses as well in their own times.
** There's also James Potter and Sirius Black, described as being intelligent and very gifted at magic. They managed to become Animagi by their 5th year at Hogwarts! There's also Remus Lupin. Sirius and Lupin are adults by the time the series starts though, and James is dead.
** Slughorn also states (repeatedly) that Lily Evans (later Potter) was also very intelligent and gifted at magic.
** Fred and George Weasley may have earned three OWLs each, but they are capable of advanced magic and become successful businessmen after dropping out of Hogwarts... at 18 years old. While Percy is a pompous Jerkass, he had to have been pretty smart to have become Junior Assistant to the Minister of Magic... also at 18 years old.
*** That whole 18 years old thing may be justified, as we never read even a single mention in the series about any Wizarding Colleges.

** Uryuu Ishida is the top academic performer in a 300-strong year group with shades of being a DitzyGenius. He was singled out by Mayuri who had spent decades studying Quincies and their power. Mayuri was astonished that a 15-year old could display such extremely high level and advanced techniques and concluded that Uryuu is the therefore the definition of a genius. Uryuu's abilities ended up being so advanced that he was even able to use techniques that Mayuri had never heard of before which, when used, one-shotted Mayuri and his bankai with a single arrow. It's been made clear by Uryuu's father, Ryuuken, that Uryuu's power is actually immature and under-developed, meaning that the power he used against Mayuri was only a fraction of his full potential.
** Orihime Inoue is the third best academic performer in Uryuu's year group and also a full-blown DitzyGenius. Her power has been singled out as different to the norm and unsettles almost every power group that has witnessed her abilities. The shinigami were so concerned about her abilities falling into Aizen's hands, her kidnapping was enough to mobilise them against Aizen. The Vizards, experts in odd power combinations, are baffled by her ability. Ulquiorra speculated her ability affects space-time, and Aizen himself was extremely interested in her ability both for undisclosed reasons and because he knew Soul Society had recognised how unique her power was and would panic if he kidnapped her. Almost every group can't understand how a human apparently possesses a power a normal human shouldn't possess and no-one has truly been able to categorise it. It's been stated that the limit of her ability is defined by what she believes she can do with it.
** Toushirou Hitsugaya is approximately 13 years old (biologically speaking). He's famous among the shinigami for being a ChildProdigy; most shinigami can never obtain bankai but Hitsugaya not only possesses it, he's the youngest captain in the entire history of Soul Society. Along with his youthful status, his power is immature, as are both his emotional maturity (he's a child juggling the responsibility of an adult), and his experience level (as a child, he has far less experience than the other (adult) captains). Nevertheless, his power functions at the very highest level and Kyouraku, one of the oldest, most experienced and most powerful captains after Yamamoto himself, speculated that Hitsugaya will surpass him in a approximately a century.
** In the Everything but the Rain flashback arc, it's very strongly implied that Uryuu's father Ryuuken was one as well. Urahara is the story's undisputed genius. Even Aizen has admitted Urahara is more intelligent than him. However, despite being a high schooler at the time, Ryuuken was so capable of following Urahara's thought processes that even Urahara was startled into praising how smart he was.

** The original TV movie version of Bryce was completely unlikable and a bona fide villain but the version from the TV version is one of the most likeable examples of this trope, in large part because he was depicted as a normal teenage boy who happened to be a genius. The TV series Bryce could also be a DitzyGenius at times and the much the same sense of humour as any 15-year-old boy. He could just do cooler stuff.

As the title suggests, the TeenGenius is just that: a genius who happens to be a teenager. This character is responsible for coming up with the magical answer to any given episode's problem, while at the same time being generally angsty and teen-like. Oddly, the TeenGenius will not normally have any of the odd behavioral quirks of the TVGenius, even if the series lasts long enough to let him mature into an adult.

** Uryuu Ishida is the top academic performer in a 300-strong year group with shades of being a GeniusDitz.
** Orihime Inoue is the third best academic performer in Uryuu's year group and also a full-blown GeniusDitz. Her power has been singled out as different to the norm and unsettles almost every power group that has witnessed her abilities. The shinigami were so concerned about her abilities falling into Aizen's hands, her kidnapping was enough to mobilise them against Aizen. The Visoreds, experts in odd power combinations, are baffled by her ability.

The Visoreds, experts in odd power combinations, are baffled by her ability.

** Uryuu Ishida is the top academic performer in a 300-strong year group.group and has shades of being a GeniusDitz.
** Orihime Inoue is the third best academic performer in Uryuu's year group.group and also a full-blown GeniusDitz. Her power has been singled out as strange, different to the norm and unsettles almost every power group that has witnessed her abilities. Cleaned up. Only a couple of characters genuinely fit the trope.

* Ichigo Kurosaki from Manga/Bleach, to a degree. He's only 15 years old and yet can take on shinigami and Espadas who are well over a hundred.
** Ichigo is a freak. Mentally, metaphysically, and biologically. Also, some of the Espada aren't very old at all, at least as their present consciousnesses.
** What about Uryuu Ishida? Not only he's top of his class, but a prodigy Quincy. I'm sure even Mayuri called him a genius, just before they had that giant fight where Mayuri's Bankai gets epically cut in half by Uryuu in a CrowningMomentOfAwesome.
** Hitsugaya Toushirou is (in Shinigami terms) 15-16 years old and looks around 10-11, while being around 40-50 (actual age), but has achieved Bankai (which usually takes around a century to achieve) and is the youngest Shinigami to ever become a captain.
*** Subverted, though: until few ago, the guy had a pretty bad record streak when it came to actual fighting. More understandable when we recall that he's much younger than the other captains, and while he presumably has roughly equivalent raw power, he has far less experience in how to use it effectively. If anything, this portrayal is more reasonable than were he the inexperienced prodigy who had the power, the skill, and the flawless winning streak.
** Inoue Orihime. She may act like a ditz, and say ridiculous things, but she is third overall in school and is a pretty decent healer/BarrierWarrior at age 15-16. Not bad for a CloudcuckooLander.

ChildProdigy; most shinigami can never obtain bankai but Hitsugaya not only possesses it, he's top of his class, but a prodigy Quincy. captain in the guy had entire history of Soul Society. Along with his youthful status, his power is immature, as are both his emotional maturity (he's a pretty bad record streak when it came to actual fighting. More understandable when we recall that he's much younger than child juggling the other captains, responsibility of an adult), and while he presumably has roughly equivalent raw power, his experience level (as a child, he has [[SkilledButNaive far less experience than the other (adult) captains). Nevertheless, his power functions at the very highest level and Kyouraku, one of the oldest, most experienced and most powerful captains after Yamamoto himself, speculated that Hitsugaya will surpass him in how to use it effectively.]] If anything, this portrayal a approximately a century.
** In the Everything but the Rain flashback arc, it's very strongly implied that Ryuuken Ishida was one. Urahara is the story's undisputed genius. Even Aizen has admitted Urahara
is more reasonable intelligent than were he him. However, despite being a high schooler at the inexperienced prodigy who had the power, the skill, and the flawless winning streak.
** Inoue Orihime. She may act like a ditz, and say ridiculous things, but she is third overall in school and is a pretty decent healer/BarrierWarrior at age 15-16. Not bad for a CloudcuckooLander.
time, Ryuuken was so capable of following Urahara's thought processes that even Urahara was startled into praising how smart he was.
