To prevent it from becoming a StoryBreakerPower, the sense usually comes with a few limitations. Typically, it will detect danger and allow the character to measure severity by intensity, but cannot indicate the danger's exact nature or origin. Often, it may trigger ''just'' before danger strikes, limiting the character's ability to avoid the danger entirely and instead enabling them to dodge the worst of it.
