This is a subtrope of EvilLaugh, and the opposite of DissonantSerenity. It's when a character goes around killing everything in sight and seems to be having a ''lot'' of fun with it, like [[SelfDemonstrating/TheJoker Joker]] levels of fun. Especially if the character is LaughingMad.
